A couple of updates. Sleep Wetting training i had my first sleep wetting, or at least I don’t remember waking up my routine has been drink two 20oz glasses of water right before bedtime. Change into a fresh night diaper. What often happens is one of three scenarios. 1. I end up wetting before I sleep because I can’t sleep quickly enough 2. I wake up once or twice in te night, urinate and then try to relax and fall back sleep 3. I don’t wake up until close to my prescribed time to wake and then I wake with a painfully full bladder. last night I am sure I experienced number 2 of those scenarios but I am so tired that I don’t recall it at all. To me, that counts lol! Hopefully I will have more umbrellas over time. I was beginning to think I would be several months before I finally got one. Overactive bladder training i have noticed the factory does not produce if there is no fuel. Meaning, I usually start the day with two large McDonald diet cokes. This will usually ensure I am wetting at least 5-6 times in the morning every 30-90 minutes with small to medium floods🌊. I wear rearz inspire+ diapers so I am not worried about leaks. But if I do not hydrate through the day, I can have 6 hours of nothing and then a large flood that threatens a leak. Hence the inconsistent numbers on the wettings app. Bladder-bating When I am struggling to urinate as I still have a hesitant bladder, I will stimulate the bladder with rhythmic pulses of my pointer and middle finger of both hands jabbing gently downward on the walls of the bladder. i call it bladder-bating because the sensation is very pleasurable has a similar effect to the other -bating in that there is a pleasurable build and release, albeit in this case it is just urine. i have noticed that when I use this technique it is like “priming the engine” as I will have 2-3 wettings within the next hour. out of 20 wettings a day, only 1 or 2 will be involuntarily initiated. By that I do not mean bearing down as I haven’t done that in a long long time, but what I mean is I am not focusing on relaxing. I have the urge and it immediately releases. Would love if that happened more often, but not there yet. Diaper sizes i am between sizes medium and large for Rearz Mega inspire+. I tend to get ligature marks on my thighs which led me to believe I might need to go up a size. I always taped my diapers wrong until I watched that video on proper technique so larges always caused leaks. i purchased a case of larges and went through 12 of them. While I did notice the potential to leak was higher in them, I attribute that to the learning curve of tape placement. Over time I saw that they did in fact last longer and they also were not biting into my upper thighs and buttocks when full. My problem is that I have 12 cases of mediums left so I have to go though those before I can switch to larges, but I felt I needed to do this experiment so that when the Labor Day sale hits I can order larges in bulk for cheaper. i read that diapers should not be stored for longer than a year so I am buying 6 months of supplies at a time to avoid droughts of diapers if the manufacturer has an issue, and to get the price point from over $3 a diaper to less than $2 a diaper. anyway, that’s my update for this month. Larry saw them come out, and he had a few things to think about as the nurse had gone in, and what the nurse told him. Maybe she was a little bit more capable of taking care of herself, but then again, as he remembered her at certain times, he wasn't so sure of that. Maybe the nurse is talking about a normal kid, and he didn't think she sounded or acted as mature as most middle school kids or even upper elementary ones. He went straight to his baby as she was walked out with the nurse and the nurse told him she was ready. "Honey, it must have been so scary to have it happen in front of everyone," he reached out to hug her. "Are you okay?" He put a protective hand on her shoulder. "I have the position, and they want us to register you to start next Monday. I've told her about you being put in my lap because your parents don't have anywhere to go and are going to be on the streets for a while," he said it all out like that, one so that the school thinks he's telling her it's okay that they know, and two, so she'd know the story he told the school about her situation. "Your mommy may have a hard time getting a job right away with her problems, but you will be welcome to stay with me for as long as needed, like I said, though the school is waiting for your mommy to send them transcripts." He smiled at her and winked. "Don't worry about wetting your pants at school, sweetie. We'll keep you in better diapers at school, and the nurse said she'd be there to help anytime you need to be changed." -

Similar to my above post, but different day, different diaper, another messy diaper. I am up this morning after wetting my Attends Premier diaper during the night. I messed my diaper while in the kitchen checking emails on my phone and getting coffee, Now I am sitting here with a warm, squishy poopie in my diapee and a hot cup of coffee. It's a Wonderful Wednesday morning. -
