Are you really a 'Diaper Lover'? You love your diaper? This terms is used to describe those people who enjoy wearing diapers. If you enjoy wearing diapers [like I do] and get a sense of relaxation and enjoyment from them then you are 'DL'. I often wonder about that as I dont really love my diaper. I like diapers and I like to buy, collect and try / use different diapers. I enjoy the sense of security they bring and they provide space to be away from vanilla world. Maybe I am a Diaper Liker or Diaper enjoyer!. I guess the point is if you like to drive cars are you a 'car lover' or if you like ice cream are you an 'ice lover'? So not really sure how wearing diapers bemae a love affair?

I only use diapers at night when I am alone as my partner really is not aware of my DL tendency.. I dont need to but choose to. I normally wear a good capacity diaper and pull a pair of plastic pants over them. Between the diaper and the plastic pants I use a cloth [bambo] booster pad to catch any random leakes. I use a onesie to hold everything in place. SOmetimes it gets used sometimes not. As I work from home and when I am alone I will stay in that configuration until lunchtime or when diaper capacity has been reached [whatever comes first]. Then shower and clean up.

I think this is very well said and spot on. Given the greater awareness of ABDL today and more use of diapers for convenience the dialogue on this topic with a partner is always tough but much easier than it was before the days of the internet!

Don't give up as this simply takes time. Your body is working correctly after many years of training and your taught and trained to pee standing up or in the toilet. So changing that is a big difference for the body. I think a way is to dia elax. You really need to relax every body part. One way is to tense up tight and then relax. It all takes some patience. I have been wearing diapers on and off for since I was 18 years old. I dont have to but just love the feeling of diapers and plastic pants. I have leant to relax but I cant remember ever waking up wet. I always wake up and then release and go back to sleep. Unless you have medical issues that's the way the body works and personally i prefer some control!

HI all, Not sure how many of us feel in the older category >55 and still keen to be part of the community. I dont feel that the Veterans area is correct and we have not yet made it to the ABDL Memorial. so maybe a space for those who have enjoyed the kink all there lives but were not able to show it until more recent years!

How many pairs of plastic pants does a DL really need? One for each day or just a few that get washed and re-used each other day. Is it better to use snap or pullon?

I like the Gary pants and also those from Suprima - a European make. I prefer the high back pants for night time use.

I find that quality diapers clearly pay a big part of staying dry all night and some of the next day - if that is desired. My experience is three levels do the ultimate dry test - a good quality cloth or disposable which should be properly fitted. Then a good paid of covers (phatic or rubber pants that cover the diaper and sit comfortably and softly against the skin. A layer of cloth or soaker between diaper and pant. Then close it up with a onesie. Enjoy!
