You can gradually streach your anus buy starting small butt plugs, or dildos ,to gradually streach the anus so you get used to bigger sizes. Doing this will not make you incontinent because the anus will always go back to its normal size. You have to take it slow so you dont tear the inner walls and hurt yourself and giving you pain. The Sphincter will always return to normal. You have to use a water based lubrication because the anus does not produce its own lubrication.

Ive wore 2 of the Drylife and im very impressed with them. ive worn them for 6hrs and, there was still room for more exorbsion. The tabs as you say are good very strong and hard to remove from the landing without tearing the plastic. Have to get the tabs right first time unless remove the second removal tab and reposition it. For a long time my go to nappy was ID expert slip plus they are good but drylife are far much better.the IDs. So can you tell me how you get them on subcription, and witch company you get them from. I think the Drylife will be my go to from now on.

Eddie ive made mistakes getting a diaper on right but the key issue is the bottom tapes landed at a slight upward angle then top tapes at a downward angle. But before tapes pull diaper up snug between your legs,close legs agaist wall of your room apply landing tapes accordingly. then i run my thumbs between my legs check leg leak guards ok. then i pull up back and front check same with the sides. the diaper will or may slacken a bit but not too much. Plastic pants will help to keep diaper up and a onesie.

Eddie what is the best way i know is i stand pull the diaper up as tight as i can between my legs. Stand against wall of your room. Then i get the left bottom tape pull it over tight as i can in front stick at a slight upward angle. Same with the rigt tape. pull the top left and right tapes over tight as i can at a slight downward angle. Dont over pull sides to far as risk of tear. Dont know if any one has a better way of dipering up.
