Little Cub Pants
For comfort, because diapers are far more comfortable then big boy underwear. And with diapies you don't have to take stupid potty breaks! 2 Link to comment
Little Sherri
I wear them primarily for comfort, although I wear them full-time, and as a result of that, I now also wear them for protection, because my range has declined notably in the last 5 years. And at night, I now need them (again) - I've become an intermittent sleep-wetter, also a side-effect of sleeping in diapers all the time. 2 Link to comment
Thetlus
Usually for comfort and stress relief but as a DL it's sometimes for sexual fetish reasons. 1 Link to comment

rusty pins
No, I don't ware diapers but I do wear diapers. Not any of my options are listed, but I wear 2 or 3 times a week for anywhere from 2 to up to 5 or 6 hours at a time depending on my living situation and time I have available. I wear for personal enjoyment, not as a baby or for comfort or need but because I have a diaper fetish and enjoy them now and then. If I go out of town Christmas shopping for the day I am diapered. I have also gone on a couple solo vacations where I have been diapered 24/7 the whole time at all the museums, attractions, amusement parks, everywhere. 1 Link to comment

ValentinesStuff
To be honest the only diapers I ware are the really cheap ones, because they will leak. I do wear good diapers all the time. Recently for newly developed medical reasons, but as I've been wearing them for decades before, that's not the reason. I can't really say comfort is the reason either, nor convenience. They just feel right and make me feel good. Link to comment
le Hollandais
Ware is minimal. I wear a diaper for fun. It's a fetish with me, starting out as a sexual behavior when I was in my early teens. Since there wasn't a category that fit me, I posted this reply. I'm strictly a DL. Link to comment

~Brian~
@babyhaag1989 I wear diapers for need, and marked "Medically, like full time". I also wear because of the fact that I spend many more hours than I want to count using the bathroom, and it is a pain to lose hours of good sleep because "nature calls" early in the morning, and I can tell you that it is uncomfortable to be getting up several times a night, and also, being older, my footing and mobility sometimes can be less then ideal. Wearing diapers also helps me deal with stress in my life, and when you have a diaper on, you don't have to worry about the stress, because just as you don't need the stress, whatever your body releases in your diaper is what you don't need anymore. Because of that, I wear them 24/7/365. Been doing that since 2020: I have been dealing with my disability (Cerebral Palsy) for many years, and I have been battling IC on and off for 47 years, but in 2018-2019, I started having problems with accidents, IC, Diverticulitis, and IBS. I noted that it was more and more frequent, and I have known of this website for at least 20 years, and when I started having problems, I knew where I should come for information, because I know that this site is more informative on information, and it is good that the people here "tell it like it is ;0 " Many other sites put the AB/DL community in a dark, or very DIM light, and there are some sites that have a totally negative view of people in our community. Daily Diapers community members are very knowledgeable. They wear/use diapers for their own reasons, and they also have helped me become a better person, because You have to have an understanding of what is going on, to be able to accept your situation. Many people have difficulties because they many not understand what is going on, and as such, they don't know WHY they have the likes they have, or why something they are doing makes them feel "differently", also, you may be experiencing feelings that you don't understand: if you experience any of these feelings, do NOT feel like you are the only one that does, because I can tell you that we all have experienced those feelings and more, and one thing I have learned is that: There is NOTHING WRONG with wearing, using, or liking diapers, and as such, there is also NOTHING wrong with the way that you feel. Most of the negativity that I have dealt with is because of "stigmas" that are "BURNED" into your internal ROM: they are continuously there: They tell you "diapers are for babies", and then they shame you if you don't have a good reason for wearing them, and I can tell you that EVERYONE goes through things like this, but if you have a good reason, then you have nothing to fear. This is why I love Dailydiapers: We all have diapers in common, and each of us have their reasons for wearing them, using them, and liking them. Each of us has their story about how they started their journey, and how they got where they are now. I have learned that the "stigmas" as just that, and that acceptance of having to or wanting wear diapers for whatever reason is something that may take you a long time to achieve, and that may be due to the fact that you may not understand the WHAT or the WHY these things happen, but you would not be able to accept something until you understand, which takes longer, depending on what you are dealing with! Brian I started life as I was told but don't remember for some reason as a kid who was taken by Colorado DHS. I was silverly neglected and beaten. They say because of this not only did I have epilepsy to begin with but I also had full incontinence. As a kid growing up I was always diapered. I had the band the feeling of when it was coming out but absolutely no control. About six years ago August 5th 2018. I was hit by a drunk Simi driver. To this very day I am silverly haunted by this event. It nearly took my life and nearly left me as a invalid. Beyond medical science I recovered for the most part but I now have mobility issues balance issues and I can't feel my lower half in as much now I not only have no control but I have no feeling other in witch now I have to have help with diaper checking and most other tasks. I now live with a long list of physical issues as well as mental. Amongst the two mentioned above I now also have the hole back of my brain damage and I also have a half spinal cord tare in my L-5. Amongst many other things steming from this. This is the first time since then I have ever spoken about this in detail to anyone. Only because I don't want to relive the horror I went through because of one careless person and now I have been rejected and hated by so many and I don't know how to tell them or educate them accurately as I'm also not that verbally inclined. Also because I don't want to ever, ever, ever speak of this again. Now everyone who comes to this post can hear my story and why I am the way I am today. And I come this site to join others like me so I have support and friends who truly understand me. Link to comment
