Way back then those were pinned classic Curity 21x40 flat 2-ply gauze diapers covered with Gerber pull-on vinyl panties. This was long before disposable pull-ups were invented. These days I usually wear GoodNites Tru-Fit as my work-day diapers. I wear pinned gauze diapers inside Kins vinyl panties to bed. I call every kind of diaper I wear "diapers". Link to comment
