If it's the smell you could try Chlorofresh or something like that. It really does work but you need to take it regularly I have tried the oatmeal and banana and love the feeling in my diaper and you don't have to worry about the clean up. It's hard for me because I've never really had an issue with it but do admit that sometimes it's a hassle. Lemon, baking powderor vinegar/water will also help to eliminate any lingering smells on the body.

I don't have any embarrassment about wetting in public and I actually enjoy doing it. It is a real turn on for me. Maybe because the whole act is naughty and taboo and I'm secretly hoping someone will notice and offer to change my diaper or spank my bottom haha. That's why I wear them. Now I haven't gone poo poo in public yet. Mainly because I haven't had the need too and it still takes some privacy to poop
