  1. I have been back in diapers and plastic pants for over 50 years. I started real night wetting in 2008 and I went 24/7 in 2013. I use baby diapers as a stuffer for my ATNs. I normally watch my stock levels carefully but I allowed myself to run down to my last Huggies size 6 before I left for work. As luck would have it, I ended up working over 12 hours, it rained all day and I was wetting more than I wanted to be. Lucky it was rain, had it been snow we probably would have had 8+". anyway, point is, it was a bad day and when I got home I told my wife I wanted a drink before I changed and one lead to two and I fell asleep. I woke up around 2AM as I finished wetting for the ? how many times. My diapers were soaked and had started to leak a bit. Thank God my plastic pants caught most of the overflow. My training has made it impossible to not be in diapers, these diapers were soaked and it felt so good to change and be in dry diapers once more. Wearing diapers 24/7 and wetting as needed has left me diaper dependent. I don't think retraining would ever be an option, nor do I want it to be. I have been diagnosed with OAB and UI and my life is what it is. I would think that most of us who have gone 24/7 gave it careful thought and are happy with our decisions. Diapers have a powerful hold over us especially if we like to use them. I'm decades past binge/purge. I came into this world in diapers and I'll go out in diapers. Best wishes if you try to give up diapers.
  2. Merry Christmas to all, and to all a wet diap.
  3. I don't keep a large stash on hand. I have 6 packs of ATNs and probably 50 Huggies Little Movers. Also around 40 pairs of Gary brand plastic pants. Closest I've seen to Comco. I have been wearing diapers and plastic pants 24/7 for nearly 6 years. I get my diapers from a place called Diaper Buys. Check them out. You'll like their prices.
  4. Desitin has the one scent that is familiar to us all and an unscented variety. While I am not prone to diaper rash I will get it at times. I use the unscented creme during the day and the scented creme at night if needed. That way I can enjoy that wonderful smell while at home and not smell like a baby while at work.
  5. Yeah, I know. I was paying $108 for 96 so a great savings.
  6. I wear Tranquility ATNs and just bought a case of 96 for $73 something from Diaper Buys.
  7. I have been diagnosed with UI and OAB. I have had times when I wanted to hold my pee (waiting for a bathroom to open), because my diapers were pretty wet, and I wasn't able to keep from wetting. This morning my diapers were so wet that my pee leaked into my plastic pants but not onto my bed. I have started to take my bag of wet diapers to the trash every four or five days because the weight is too heavy to last the entire time between trash pick-ups. I never wet the bed as a kid, but I started putting on diapers in 1965 and whenever I wore diapers I would wet them. In 2008 I wet for the first time in my sleep, not diapered. I started wearing every night. In early 2013 I wet during the day and have been 24/7 since, coming up on 6 years. I think I first desired incontinence to legitimize and justify my want to be in diapers. I still do not wear diapers to the Doctor but that day is probably not far off. My need to pee comes on fast and I often don't remember wetting after I finish. If I wake to pee at night I start the flow and often times fall back asleep before I finish. That's my Reader's Digest version of wanting to wear diapers and the results of wearing them 24/7.

    Regrets

I have no regrets. I have been in diapers since my early teens and am now in my mid 60s. I wish I had gone 24/7 earlier but I'm happy with where I am.
  9. I wear ATNs 24/7. I use a Huggies Little Movers size 6 as a booster. I cut slits into the baby diaper so it drains into my big diaper. I have had some trouble with the tapes so I use baby diaper pins to hold the tapes in place. I also wear plastic pants over the disposable and rarely have leaks that reach my pants. I think Tranquility is a good diaper for the price and with these modifications they are very cost effective and provide what I need for my use.
  10. Tranquility ATNs with a Huggies Little Movers size 6 as a stuffer
  11. When you lay down on a disposable diaper make sure the top tapes are equidistant to your hips. I always tape the leg tapes first, pulling them snug and taping them in place. I also use baby diaper pins to keep the tapes secure. Next I tape the top tapes in place and secure with diaper pins. Then I fold the excess leg plastics into the diaper before pulling on my plastic pants. This method has worked for me for over 50 years. Diapers and plastic pants are the best and I have worn over 5.5 years 24/7. Enjoy!
  12. I've been 24/7 for over 5.5 years and once in a blue moon I will get diaper rash. When I do I use Desitin (scented) at night or unscented during the day. My rash will usually disappear overnight or in a day. My skin seems to tolerate wet diapers. My solution in dealing with diaper tapes coming loose is to use baby diaper pins. They hold securely and give my diapers that special look.
  13. @John64 When I was a teen I tried using my diapers with #2 and while I didn't mind the process I hated the smell and the clean up. For me, it is very easy to slide my diapers and plastic pants down to my knees and use the toilet. @MarkSmith The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. Keep at it and things will work out as you wish.
  14. I have been wearing diapers and plastic pants for over 50 years. I have always wet my diapers when wearing them but it has only been 10 years since I started wetting at night without realizing it. And I have only been 24/7 for the last 5.5 years. During the day I can feel the need to pee coming on but there is no way I can stop it and shortly after I often don't remember doing it. I am completely dependant on my diapers to keep me dry day and night. Don't feel demotivated. Some things just take longer for others, just keep your eye on the end goal.
  15. It's not that I don't feel myself peeing, it's shortly after I finish I don't recall the event.
  16. I passed the 5 year mark in January so not too far behind. I only wish I had started sooner.
  17. I also voted no. I have always thought about wearing diapers as one can see in my bio. I have been 24/7 for 5+ years and I don't see it going away.
  18. 67.8% of all statistics are made up on the spot!
  19. I'm a side sleeper also, but I tend to sleep nearly on my stomach. When I pee at night it is still directed into my Huggies size 6 Little Movers before being able to run into my ATNs. With plastic pants this has very very rarely let me down.
  20. I use an old gym bag. It has waterproof pockets on either end that has room for four wet diapers.
  21. I am a side sleeper and I wear disposables at night with very few problems. I think because I sleep on my side but rolled over to be more on my stomach. This forces the flow more into the baby diaper stuffer and distributed into my main diaper. Any seepage is caught by my plastic pants.
  22. Yes, I have been 24/7 for the last 5+ years. I'm certain I could not be safe now without diapers and plastic pants. I have been diagnosed with OAB and UI, when I get the signal to go I have but a few seconds until it happens. I have been reading your progress with interest. I wish I had started 24/7 sooner but when I was your age I didn't have the support and advice from others that is available today. You are an inspiration to many and I wish you the best.
  23. I never wet the bed growing up. But I have been wetting every night since the summer of 2008. When I first started to try to wet at night I would go to bed well hydrated and when I woke up needing to pee I would keep my eyes closed, wet my diaper and go back to sleep. Each time I needed to pee I would do the same thing, consciously wetting, but always going back to sleep. I don't remember how long it took but one day I woke wet and not remembering wetting. What helped me most is I tried not to wake up. I knew I reached the point of no return when I fell asleep one night without diapers and woke up soaked. Let me know if I can be of further help.
  24. Here are my 2 cents! I think most of us have the same feelings once we have sexual release. I got over the "I don't want diapers" post release by masturbating into my diapers and then continuing to wear my diapers until I peed again. By that time my desire to wear a new diaper had returned and I was able to continue. 24/7 is mind over matter. There will be times that you just don't want to put on another diaper. But you must if you want to become dependant. I have been 24/7 for just over 5 years. I only wet and still have complete control over my bowels. I have been successful to the point that I have been diagnosed with OAB and UI. I can't realistically not wear diapers and plastic pants without wetting myself. I started wetting at night in 2008 and have been diapered for bed since. My wife and I just celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary and I have worn diapers off and on the entire time. Stay the course and you will succeed. I change into a new diaper like most people change into clean underwear . BTW, I'm almost twice your age so I don't have the hardness problems you do, LOL. I wish I had gone 24/7 much earlier.
