  1. I use a swim diaper combination and have never been outed for it showing over my shorts. Just got a few surprised looks on occasion while changing out of it and to a regular diaper in the changing rooms. Any public or amusement facility will have a rule pertaining to incontinence or diaper-dependent users. For those venues, I use these: https://www.amazon.com/Swimmates-Disposable-Swim-Diapers-Medium/dp/B00KY3YWRK under a similar washable brief like yours, from InControl: https://incontroldiapers.com/blue-adult-swim-diaper/ However, I have been to some that required vinyl or latex cover pants in addition to the diaper. In those situations, I've found these to prove helpful by keeping water out of my diaper: https://incontroldiapers.com/transparent-seamless-latex-brief/
  2. I got changed on a changing table last weekend, but in a professional setting and with proper conduct. I booked a 2-hour Thai massage on Father's Day last weekend after a long day with the kid at SeaWorld. I fell asleep on the table face down during the first 90 minutes and leaked. When waking up and asked to turn over on my back, the masseuse noticed my leaking diaper and asked if I had a spare to change into for the last 30 minutes. I informed her that I did inside my bag and asked for it. She insisted that I just relax and not get up, then continued with, "I can get it for you. Where in your bag?" and I replied. She then grabbed the spare brief and my wipes and continued the change. I told her I could do it, but she said she didn't mind. Before starting, she put a towel beneath me. At this point, I'm blown away to the point of obliging while she started to un-tape the used one, so I just sat back and did what I needed to be done while she went through the process. The was no funny business and I maintained not getting an erection through it (I'm incontinent and knew this wasn't a sexual advance) like an honored champ. That was surely the first time for me outside of a medical setting, so she was tipped accordingly because of both the incredible massage and caring gesture before finishing. Talk about going above and beyond!
  3. I've been incarcerated in county for a warrant, and was placed in a medical hold facility - not the general population. I was processed in a 20-hour intake facility where I was forced to wear my leaking depends and had to shower while wearing it (as they never brought me a change, like the intake nurse said they would) before being issued my orange jumpsuit, and then strip searched in the final process leading up to the housing facility. Pretty embarrassing and clearly something they don't deal with often. Even the officers conducting the group strip search in the hall were shocked when I dropped my all before being led to the M-Unit (medical). Once I was in my housing unit, I was placed with 2 other disabled (1 wheelchair bound, 1 cane ridden) inmates who were accepting enough of my situation. The guards would give me a daily stock of 3 changes. Poor hospital grade plastic backed diapers were issued, in a size 2x larger than mine, which posed interested problems. Luckily I was paired with two very respectable people who didn't hold it against me and never gave me flak since I owned my disposition by maintaining my changes/trash to avoid any odors. That was definitely the last time I ever would let myself miss arraignment or get a bench warrant for anything. Period.
  4. I've spent the better part of a decade battling incontinence. After years of field research and beta testing, I've found the perfect inventory of supplies from around the globe for just about every occasion. From top to bottom, left to right per shelf... 1st Row: 3x Vintage Attends Disposable Briefs (91), 5x Forma Care Nacht (DE), 2x NorthShore Supreme, 8x Unique Wellness Original (NASA brief), TotalDry Ultimate Boosters, NSC XL Doublers, 8x BetterDry. 2nd row: AbriLet Stuffers, TotalDry/NSC XL pads, 9x ID Slip Super (PE), 2x DryLife Super, 7x Abena M4 (PE). *Not pictured: NorthShore Care MegaMax (used exclusively for flights and road trips). What's in your diaper closet?
  5. I use Gold Bond medicated (yellow bottle) religiously, and swear it's the only thing that prevents me from rashes. I'm incontinent and wear 24/7, but do have an acne-type RX for a 2 part medication when I get any crazy skin issues. Works in 24-hours, but only necessary once a month in small patches. I never really use cream, unless I'm changing a lot on the go without resources for cleaning with water and soap or showering.
