If you ever get to have your prostate removed you will end up with both a shorter penis (the urethra is drawn in to connect with the bladder) and total ED as the nerves which control erections incapsulate the prostate.

get a chastity cage.  there are plenty out there that will make an unwanted erection feel painful.  After a while, particularly if it's what you want anyway, you'll find you rarely achieve a good erection.

I have experienced ED for a period of about 4 months when my wife had me experiment with hormones. My penis remained completely soft after about 2 - 3 weeks of taking the medication and no matter how long she or I would stroke for it never ended up hard.

You're not wrong either. After a few months of wearing a tight fitting cage I rarely ever wake up with morning wood anymore. After a period of time while locked I end up with some pretty hot and neat sexual dreams which doesn't bother me a bit. Also after being unlocked for a few days I end up going back to having morning wood.

It's an interesting topic and one that started to fascinate me about 10 years ago when I began to dislike having erections and preferred to remain soft, small and impotent.  To achieve that, a chastity cage worked very well for me.   Erections became painful to experience - at first it felt like my cock was on fire and was going to pull my balls off, but you have to get through that.  Erections started becoming weaker and less frequent and nowadays I have perhaps one or two erections a month and use a microcage which is very comfortable for me.

I am now fully impotent with a very small penis! I take these medications every day. A piece of reboxetine (antidepressant), a piece of Finasterid (Proscar) and half a tablet of estradiol (E2), an estrogen steroid hormone. The result is now complete impotence. No possibility of erection. No erections at night. No morning erections. No erection after stimulation. A little lifeless piece of meat between my legs.

However, the libido has also decreased. This is a bit of a pity because a large piece of the libido excitation is missing. It is a compromise. The desired missing erection would be nice to look at with the horniness of times past, of course. But now everything happens in the head. It is beautiful sexual fantasy and dreams. It is a chastity belt that no longer needs to be worn. The internal connections to the penis are disconnected. It remains a mini penis hidden in diapers without sexual function. I do still want mine to work, so I would not want erectile dysfunction , or a small one. I don't have the getting hard very often in my wet diaper that much.

Get treated for high blood pressure. Many of those meds will have the effect you’re looking for.

Now in my 60's, I'm always totally limp. Even Viagra doesn't work anymore. Funny thing is, if I "Work it" long enough, I can still cum, but it never gets erect during the process.  But it's still good for wetting diapers! (Hey, what more could a guy want??)  😂😁😆

Ever since starting on prostrate meds several decades ago, I have been diagnosed with ED.  I have had the same issues as mentioned by Old_pa above for the last 10 yrs or so, being about the same age mentioned. 

Since my wife is no longer interested in that sort of action, it doesn't bother me much, but it did years back when it first became an issue, so be careful of what you wish for.
