  1. Hallo,

I like what you do, special the stents. I see how you can make that.  Can I buy that everywhere too? Can I see,  how to push in?

Hope of more posts from you

    Best regards

    Real name Uwe

Yes Uwe, you can buy all materials I use for my stent in regular stores (the straw from spray bottles, dental floss) or on-line (food grade silicone hose, outer diameter 6 mm, inner diameter 4 mm).

I don't have a video of me pushing it all the way in. But once the stent is completely inserted in my urethra (it will still be largely inside my penis), I use a knitting needle as a pusher to push the stent into the right position. Like this:

      All the best, Cathdiap

      Thanks Cathdiap

  2. @UsuallyDiapered I can't imagine my stent fitting into that urethra.
  3. Yes, I have to do that sometimes, especially if the silicone hose is a little less flexible than normal. Keep an eye on the tear. Once the silicone hose starts to tear, it usually spreads quite easily. You're welcome. I think everyone deserves to experience incontinence in diapers. It never gets old as long as you have the choice to stop.
  4. Please don't do that. You may risk leaving the upper half of the silicone inside you when you pull the stent out. Use saliva in the silicone tube and on the plastic frame before pulling the silicone over the frame. Even though the two parts appear to fit together seamlessly, I'm pretty sure the seam will have sharp edges that will rub against the prostate which can be extremely painful. You will need at least 1/2 inch of empty silicone tubing to turn it back in on itself. Push the tip of the knitting needle from the outside on one side of the empty silicone tubing at a 90° angle just off the end of the tubing. Place a finger from your other hand on the other side. Start pushing the silicone tubing toward your fingertip and immediately rotate the tip of the needle inward while trying to maintain the grip of the tip on the silicone and then push it inward. Stop when you see a double layer of silicone forming around the needle and then start massaging the edge of this double layer, rolling it back and forth between your thumb and index finger in a slightly upward direction with firm pressure. All this while keeping the needle in the same position. This will cause the double layer to increase in width. Continue doing this until the double layer is at least 1/4 inch wide. Then you can withdraw the needle while holding the double layer between your thumb and index finger. Try to gently rotate the needle back and forth as you pull it out, otherwise you may pull the double layer out as well. I hope this helps.
  5. Some random "fun" facts about stent induced incontinence and wearing diapers: Once the urine has passed the stent, it seems like it can't flow back into the bladder. It can pool in the bulbous area if the urethra is blocked further down, but it won't flow back into the bladder, which I find interesting. Diapers tend to slow down the urine loss due to the pressure they put on the male parts. If I wear normal underwear while stented the pee runs out of me much more freely. It is fun to play with temperature changes to induce bladder contractions and urine leakage. For example, when I am lying on my back in bed and I suspect that my bladder is quite full, I suddenly pull back the covers to expose myself to the cool temperature of my bedroom. As a result, I immediately wet my diaper. A few days ago I discovered a very old used diaper that I had forgotten I had put in that specific spot. It was rolled up like I always do, but it had dried out again and felt almost as light as a clean diaper, except that it was now very hard and impossible to open without tearing. Which shows that the back of my Tena maxi confio-air diapers is indeed breathable. If you are incontinent with a stent and out in public, you may feel protected wearing a diaper, but you will never feel truly safe and comfortable. There is something about wetting yourself that always feels unnatural and unhygienic. No diaper will ever stop that feeling. Over time, it becomes very predictable which actions will cause a lot of urine leakage right away. For example, getting up from your chair after sitting for a long time. Or getting out of bed after not having a spontaneous bladder contraction for a while. And even though you are wearing a diaper, the prospect of a big uncontrolled pee somehow makes you a little reluctant to do it.
  6. @joemama414 Even though this has never happened to me, I think I know what to do. Wait until you need to pee, but before you do, insert something pointed but not sharp, like a chopstick or knitting needle, into the lower exit of the stent to close it off. Then start peeing so that the pee starts flowing around the stent. This will probably solve the problem of it sticking to the urethral tissue.
  7. I think this may explain the inward migration of the stent when you sit on a hard seat of a chair. It also explains why sleeping on your side no longer affects the stent, as it barely reaches the bulbous area. The pressure of your legs coming together no longer has a grip on the bottom of the stent.
  8. I leave it there. I never use chemicals on the stent that I wouldn't put into my mouth (that includes soap). It never caused me any issue leaving it as is.
  9. Yet another stent 'sales' pitch. Stent-induced incontinence is the best method in my opinion (if you have a perfectly fitting homemade stent): The incontinence starts immediately for as long as you want. You become completely urinary incontinent. No more control. You are instantly a pants-wetter and a bed-wetter. No forced and prolonged relaxation of the pelvic floor required. You can clench as much as you want. It will be useless. You will experience all kinds of incontinence, depending on your position or activity. Dribbling, larger spurts and sometimes even almost complete bladder emptying. It takes very little time to get started. It takes me less than a minute after deciding. It always works, always the same result. It is quick to break off. It takes me only a second after deciding. No more nighttime toilet visits. No more unpleasant bladder urges. Almost no risk of UTIs. The perfect test to determine if you want permanent lifelong incontinence.
  10. I'm pretty sure it sits inside the bulbous area.
  11. That's great, well done! Any intervention to reposition the stent makes the incontinence experience so much less realistic. So this is a great step forward. 👍 Yeah, it sucks to be incontinent.
  12. It's fun to play Mariokart8 when I'm incontinent and diapered. About 5 hours of uninterrupted game time. No annoying urges, only warm wetness spreading slowly in my pants. And of course my game character also wears a diaper. Life is good.
