For me, capacity and comfort are my only considerations for a diaper. Descension is only an afterthought when choosing clothes to wear over it.

Does anyone know of any stores around the Houston, TX area that sells silicon tubing?

Not sure if you do this already or not but I found that keeping a small roll of clear packing tape a handy thing to keep in my diaper bag. I have been down to my last diaper at work and had a tape break off when changing.

I do this too. I feel like I get more use out of the diaper and it helps keep the front from bulging out right away.

Other. I want to be incontinent because I have always wanted to be incontinent. I have wanted to be incontinent since I was a young kid and nothing has changed other than the desire becoming stronger over the years. The cheapest and easiest solution I have found so far is using stents to by-pass my prostate and the sphincters' on either side of it.

Because you asked how to keep costs down. "I'm also looking for some ways that I can get diapers so I can wear them for a whole month without it costing me like $400 to $700." Don't ask people for advice if you are going to be an azz to those giving it.

A stent or catheter

My advice for cheaper diapers would be to start frequenting your local second hand stores. I find lots of diapers at goodwill and places like that. They are going to be typical store brand diapers mostly and on occasion I have seen molicare and attends. They usually sell them for $5 a pack. I had thought about talking to my doctor about it but chickened out. Admitting I wore them for comfort and anxiety reasons was enough for me when they seen my waist band lol. I have achieved my own version of incontinence though through using a stent. I have put a lot of thought into talking to a doctor about becoming incontinent though. I don't thing my family practice doctor would be open to helping out on something like that however, have you thought about consulting a cosmetic surgeon or the type of surgeon who performs body / gender reaffirming type surgeries. I think those type doctors would be more open and understanding than Primary physicians

Have you tried using large hollow butt plugs? go on a high fiber diet and train yourself to take larger and larger hollow plugs until you are totally stretched out.

I started with an indwelling catheter but I hated the way it would get caught occasionally and pull or the balloon inside would cause me spasms. I ended up creating a short stent with retrieval string to bypass my prostate but not hang out and cause discomfort.

I prefer a constant dribble. When I use a stent it causes me to dribble all day and night. I never get the feeling I have to pee. I just check my diaper thgouout the day and watch as it continuously gets wetter and wetter. I absolutely love it.
