I'm going to be trying a holey Foley next week since since my bday is on the 22 going to insert the cath and autosog for a few days and be a leaky pony on my bday. I know a handful of info about catheters. The answer to the question is it safe that is a yes or no question. Their are a few risks the main one is getting a uti. But risks aside having a cath in u just draining and can't stop and a few hrs later u look down and u are fully soggy and have no idea how wet u were. For me caths I like the feeling of 1 moment u look down and u are a tad bot wet and then a but later almost leaking. I do run a telegram group for the safe usage of caths and where to get them I cam make a link if the demand is high

I have a 29 in waist with no butt and only a small bit of screeching is needed for me to fit in to the size 7 luvs and since I have a small bladder it can hold a few wetting for me

I want to try this soon I'm going to start with a fr16 and work my way up to larger sizes. And if u are new to catheters I would start with a fr14 and get the the insert kits their are plenty of sites u can get them from with out a script just make sure that everything is clean and wear gloves that come with the kit drink a bit more water than u do in a day also take cranberry supplements to lessen the risk of a uti. Ps if it hurts putting in u are doing it wrong and if u see lots of blood and or it feels like something is wrong down there go to the er

A cath is not for everyone may or may not cause incon your mileage may vary person to person. Whenever I do a long cath session (7 days) for about a day or so I dribble a tad but that's me u could be different

Semi permanent for the most part but for the bladder size because I don't hold I try to release my bladder it keeps it small ish

I have had one in for 7 days but the bladder urgency and or frequency only lasted a few hrs only thing that happened I got was a smaller bladder since draining for 7 days nonstop
