For me, capacity and comfort are my only considerations for a diaper. Descension is only an afterthought when choosing clothes to wear over it.

Does anyone know of any stores around the Houston, TX area that sells silicon tubing?

Not sure if you do this already or not but I found that keeping a small roll of clear packing tape a handy thing to keep in my diaper bag. I have been down to my last diaper at work and had a tape break off when changing.

I do this too. I feel like I get more use out of the diaper and it helps keep the front from bulging out right away.

Other. I want to be incontinent because I have always wanted to be incontinent. I have wanted to be incontinent since I was a young kid and nothing has changed other than the desire becoming stronger over the years. The cheapest and easiest solution I have found so far is using stents to by-pass my prostate and the sphincters' on either side of it.

Because you asked how to keep costs down. "I'm also looking for some ways that I can get diapers so I can wear them for a whole month without it costing me like $400 to $700." Don't ask people for advice if you are going to be an azz to those giving it.

A stent or catheter

My advice for cheaper diapers would be to start frequenting your local second hand stores. I find lots of diapers at goodwill and places like that. They are going to be typical store brand diapers mostly and on occasion I have seen molicare and attends. They usually sell them for $5 a pack. I had thought about talking to my doctor about it but chickened out. Admitting I wore them for comfort and anxiety reasons was enough for me when they seen my waist band lol. I have achieved my own version of incontinence though through using a stent. I have put a lot of thought into talking to a doctor about becoming incontinent though. I don't thing my family practice doctor would be open to helping out on something like that however, have you thought about consulting a cosmetic surgeon or the type of surgeon who performs body / gender reaffirming type surgeries. I think those type doctors would be more open and understanding than Primary physicians

Have you tried using large hollow butt plugs? go on a high fiber diet and train yourself to take larger and larger hollow plugs until you are totally stretched out.

I started with an indwelling catheter but I hated the way it would get caught occasionally and pull or the balloon inside would cause me spasms. I ended up creating a short stent with retrieval string to bypass my prostate but not hang out and cause discomfort.

I prefer a constant dribble. When I use a stent it causes me to dribble all day and night. I never get the feeling I have to pee. I just check my diaper thgouout the day and watch as it continuously gets wetter and wetter. I absolutely love it.

This is something I have always wondered about myself as well. Incontinence / dependency has never made me sexually excited. It is more of a feeling of addiction, where I am strongly drawn to and feel like I Need to be this way. When I started wearing a stent and became artificially incontinent the feeling was not sexual; I feel more relaxed, less anxiety, I feel "right" like I finally am the way I am supposed to be. Its hard to explain.

My stent and how I made it: Here are a few pics of the stent I have created. The tube is 1/4" vinyl and the end caps are black rubber screw protectors, Both items found at Home depo. The string is 20lb SpiderWire fishing line and the bead is a craft bead both found at Walmart. 1. Bend the tube first: I made the bends in the vinyl tube using a lighter and waiving it back and forth where I wanted the inside of a bend to be. Once the tube gets warm enough it will curl/bend itself, so go slow. 2. The screw protectors: Using a leather punch I slid the protector over a small punch and made a hole at the center of the top of each of the protectors. Only after to holes in the ends were made, fit the caps over each end of the tube. These will fit extremely tight and will take some work to get on. Once I got them on fully I was unable to pull them off using only my hands. 3. Using the leather punch, I made several holes in the tube at each end. 4. I threaded the fishing line through the end of the cap, though a side hole and back through another to where both runs of the line came through the center hole. 5. Using a smooth bead small enough to fit into my urethra I tied it to the line just short enough it would go inside the head of my penis. 6. I store the stent in a bottle of isopropyl alcohol for a while to ensure it is clean. How I place my stent: 1. I wait until I feel the need to pee. 2. I get the stent out of the alcohol and rinse it off AND out with hot water. 3. I found the best way for me to insert this stent is standing up. I pull my penis to where it is pointing up and start sliding it into place. when the string end enters my penis I run my finger down the urethra behind it pushing it in. I follow this to where the tip of the stent with the string is behind my testicles where I can barely feel it anymore. I keep my fingers pinching off my urethra until I sit on the toilet or on a diaper. Once you let go you will begin uncontrollable peeing yourself. This will help blow out any lube and lets me know it is in correctly. I have used the stent so much that I do not require any lube to place it. There is no pain at any point and it goes in easily. It took me making a few different stents like this until I found the desired design to fit my body.

My first "Real" bed wetting. After several stent designs, materials, and testing; I had finally found one that was comfortable and staying in place. Before bed I inserted the stent and put on a thick diaper. When I woke up the next morning my diaper was soaking wet! I never woke up needing to pee! I usually wake up once or twice a night so getting better and more restful sleep was amazing.

I finally did it! I made my own stent witch is similar in design to Cathdiap's and now have a total loss of control. I continuously drip into my diaper and cant even feel the stent. I am in total bliss!
