I may have spent too much money on pink and blue pairs of Polo short shorts that have an elastic waistband this month.

I don't wear diapers unless my little ones aren't around, and last night/ today I'm getting to enjoy my sweet freedom and have a little post-Christmas Diapered Christmas in the brand new PJs.

Do you worry about people noticing you wear nappies?

I bought some jeans this summer and didn't immediately realize they run a little larger than my regular (and their listed) size. More room for fun! -
What Diapers Do You Wear To Bed?

I really like to refer to my big thick Rearz Barnyard or ABU Dinorawrz as my overnight diapers. It's great. -
Have You Ever Peed Your Diaper Without Knowing It?
puffy_bottom replied to peelover's topic in Our Lifestyle Discussion
Here's one: I very much felt myself going yesterday but several times while diapered I started peeing without having to force it. Happens occasionally and is very welcome, as I had to go, but it felt like my pee was being forced through my sphincter and felt a little cramp-y. Felt a little weird, like I was wetting myself over my body's own desire to do so. -
Do You Keep Your Pacifier In Your Mouth All Night?
puffy_bottom replied to turtlepins's topic in Baby Talk
I used my binky the other night when I was coloring and felt very relaxed but did not sleep with it in. I wound up popping it back in before I got out of bed and relaxing and just suckling some more. -
I store a handful of diapers in my armoire but keep the rest out of the way. After I get about 2-3 out of the 10-packs they come in now, it seems to give the rest room to begin decompressing a little bit. I just ordered a bunch - it's a process to get them to loosen up a little bit. I fluff up AB Universe Preschool plastic-backed diapers before wearing them for sure - they come very densely pressed/ packed and it really helps their flexibility and fit. I both fold them lengthwise and in half and work the fold back and forth to loosen them up and fold them in half and work the fabric back and forth. It seems better afterward. Other diapers I don't think this is as necessary.

I changed my diaper in/ around a trip to DC this weekend: -The National Gallery of Art family restroom: This was great - I had the whole room to myself, a changing table to set all my stuff on, and all the time in the world (I was pretty fast) to open up my new diaper, get the old one off, clean up, even get a little more powder on and lean against the wall to put on my new diaper. This is about as good an experience as I could have ever expected. -A hotel lobby bathroom (during not busy hours): I used the handicapped stall and hung my diaper bag on the coat hook. Not private, others came in and took care of business while I was working on things. I took my time and waited till they came and went to make all kinds of noise removing tapes, pulling out my new diaper, and taping it on against the wall. -A fairly busy Sheetz on the way home: not the easiest, and I was changing out of the diaper and not putting another on. It felt awkward until I realized I could just take my time and go slower than people who were going in to pee and get out of there. Then it got easier. By this time, I was far less worried about who/ what could hear what I was doing in there. -Was hoping to use a family restroom to change in the National Museum of African American History and Culture but it ended up not working out. There are lots of family restrooms throughout the Smithsonian Institution buildings - but not in all of them! So look carefully before you go.

At what wettness-level do you change your diaper?
puffy_bottom replied to Mysterion's topic in [DD] Surveys
Usually I change when life circumstances make me - have to go pick up the kids or something - so there are times when I can't use a whole diaper. But I never soak one all the way up the back, it's usually about 95% full unless I'm sloshing around in my overnight. Still then I will change and poop in the potty rather than poop in it since my partner isn't a fan of that. -

I spent about three days in diapers during a trip to Maine a few years back. I really enjoyed the experience. I probably could have done with another change in there during the day. We went to the beach every day but didn't go very far into the cold water.

those look great!

I can sew and we have a machine. As for I suppose what I mislabeled as "waist" - I've thought about keeping the straps the same length and adding an extra panel (extending the existing straps' reach) where they attach in the back. Might be easier than finding and sewing together the two lengths of strap.

i have a great pair of shortalls and the waist or straps are too short. what should i do for that?

the Little Rawrs for sure

Little girl clothes in the UK?
puffy_bottom replied to Dizzy Lizzy's topic in Little Girls Playhouse!
those are amazing both for their intended audience and for us. seems like it'd be tough to get them shipped to the US. -
