You probably have passed the point of no return with weakening your sphincter muscles and now your remaining control is slipping away at an excelerated rate thats one reason why urologists donot recommend diapers when you first start to to have control issues. But you should get checked out by an urologist incase your issue is now a medical problem not related to wearing and using diapers by choice.

I no longer feel the need to pee it just happens and some times I just feel my diaper slowly expanding its a non issue since im diapered 24:7

I usually slide my diaper down to just above my pants to hopefully catch any dribbles that may happen when changing so far it has worked out in keeping my pants dry when dribbles happen oh the joys of being Incontinent or is that the aggravation of being IC I’ll pick option 2

I wear onesies all the time , the help keep your diaper in place and prevent your diaper from being exposed when you bend or stretch, Tykables are my favourite ones and I find the romper version to be the best at holding everything inplace. I IC and can not recommend a plain coloured onesie enough Its disappointing Tykables discontinued their polo version as they are perfect for wearing to work.

If you are now experiencing bladder control its time to see an urologist ask your wife to dome with you for your appointment this way she can ask any questions she may have and so she can see its a real medical need. My wife came with me and had done some research before the appointment and she had already decided I would skip the meds and head straight into diapers 24/7. Diapers can be the best option since theres no side effects and they are way more practical then a catheter and leg bag if you do not have a retention problem, Its been 6.5 years now for me and I have no regrets choosing diapers to manage my IC issue even though I have now lost any remaining control I had. Tapped diapers are way less embarrassing then wet pants and way less stressful then racing to the bathroom and not making it, your wife will understand a medical need vrs a desire to wear and use by choice get your self an appointment with an as soon as you can and keep your wife informed about how your bladder issues are progressing and how worried you are about having an accident at work or on public she may surprise you and recommend you wear a tapped diaper while you wait for your urologist appointment.

Being incontinent I have no choice but to wear 24/7, one pant size up and a plain coloured onesie and even wearing a Betterdry or Megamax no one has noticed in 6.5 years only 2 people noticed my need to take a back pack in to the bathroom.

Acceptance of needing diapers gets easier over time, Remember you are not alone in needing to wear a diaper. Taped diapers are way easier to change out of and you do not need to take your pants off to change and you will be able to get a more comfortable fit and they leak way less often hen pullups. Taped diapers carry a stigma that can be hard to over come at first but the reality is once you find a premium diaper you can trust dealing and living with incontinence gets easier and theres no shame in needing to wear a diaper.

Ive been in diapers 24/7 for over 6.65 years now and I long ago accepted my need for diapers. and I have lost any remaining control I had but I have no regrets accepting my need and skipping the meds and kegal exercises in an attempt to prevent the inevitable. Just remind your self you are not alone in needing diapers and once you find a diaper you can trust and you stop worrying about being back in diapers and you get use to not rushing to the bathroom hoping you will make it diapered life gets easier. All my Family and Friends know I need to wear 24/7 so that helps a lot in removing the stress trying to hide the fact I need to wear also being open and honest with your DR helps and herting checked out by an urologist to make sure your Ic issue is not life threatening also releaves a lot of stress. My first diaper as an adult eas a realfit for men but my first tapped diaper was an Abena m3

Except for when I need to have a bowel moment all my days are toilet free for peeing the joys of incontinence and having to wear 24/7 ( I now simply use my diaper if I feel the need as most times I get no warning anyways so whats the difference)

Swim diapers are strictly for bowel accidents as they have no absorbency, unfortunately theres only a couple of options 1: wear your regular premium taped diaper with shorts and stay out of the lake 2: Since all your family know take a couple of taped diapers with you and as already recommended have your wife hold up a towel while you remove your diaper before swimming and when you change back to your shorts after swimming. Unfortunately incontinence issues can get in the way of a few activities and swimming is a big one your family knows your need and will understand your need to change in and out of a diaper when on the lake and you go swimming. practice changing standing up until you can get it down to a quick change. Wether you wear for need or fun finding a diaper you can trust is key I wear betterdry or Megamax’s diapers 24/7 as I can trust them to do their job to manage my iC issues, if you are worried about leaks or peeing in public it makes it harder to use your diaper. You spent almost your entire life conditioning your self to make it to the bathroom every time so it will take time to get use to peeing in a diaper but over time you will become relaxed and it will become second nature. Even with an underlying IC issue it took me a while to get use to simply using my diaper instead of rushing to the bathroom on the chance I would make it now what ever remaining control I had is long gone. As long as it something you want and you find a diaper you can trust it wont be long before you can use your diaper any time any place and eventually you will start to pee with out warning jusr be sure thats what you really want as diaper dependancy is not something you can simply switch off and on simply after you reach a point intime.

Ive recently been testing Mega Max’s as a replacement diaper-of choice so far i have found I can get 8 hours most days but I do change out way before I get close to saturation no mater what diaper im in. The mega max is a absorbent diaper and it does swell up similar to the betterdry diapers and no one has noticed the bulk even when wet. Since I wear 24/7 ive warn them multiple times in public even to work with no issues. Megamax’s will probably become my diaper of choice to manage my IC issues

My minimum supply level is 3 cases 2 cases are in my lower storage units shelf and thats my reserve supply just incase my go to diapers are out of stock once once I get to about a case and a half of opened diapers I place a reorder. I tend to bulk order when theres a sale as we have the storage room and it makes it easier at tax time when I only have a few invoices to deal. I never want to run out of diapers I can trust again its. just not worth the stress

Its a medical issue one urologist diagnosed and OAB and my second urologist said I now have an oversized bladder he just kept saying there was a lot of pee in my bladder then he did the reverse fill when the used the camera to check my bladder

Mine started over 6 years ago with damp underware and quickly progressed to dribbling and full floods, I am now experiencing bowel accidents from time to time and have accepted the fact im back in diapers for life. I do miss having control but I do not dwell on it as I cant change the the fact I need diapers so why stress about it.

Over time the more you use your diaper the easier it becomes, in the beginning if your not dealing with a medical IC issue it can take time as your subconscious and your toilet training is fighting your desire to pee in a diaper.

I always wear a plain coloured onesie when out in public especially at work, as I do IT work so I always bending and stretching and the onesie keeps my diaper inplace and prevents my shirt from riding up. Plumbers should wear them to prevent plumbers crack Tykables use to have a polo shirt version now only the tee shirt type either way they look like regular shirts, Im IC and have no issues wearing a onesie as I treat them as essential items to help manage my need to wear a diaper 24/7 and it removes a lot of stress when Im under a desk working on a network hookup and the employee is standing watching me work had a few diaper exposures before I switched to onesies.

Deciding to give up the fight and wear and use diapers 24/7 can be a hard decision as we all want to retain our bladder control but the reality is once you start to make it to the bathroom in time less and less before you have an accident or your time between the feeling you need to pee to actually peeing grows shorter to the point if your not right by a washroom then wearing at least while out and about is a good idea. For me the decision to wear and simply use my diaper to manage my bladder issue and when I need to pee was the best decision I made and I have no regrets even though I have lost any remaining control I had over the last 6 years, I am now dealing with increasing bowel accidents and I have accepted this as well as Its out of my control fortunately I still make it to the bathroom most times for bowel movments but even that is changing. Ive 6 years to get accustomed to being diapered 24/7 so accepting the fact I may becoming dual IC is easier the second time around

Being diapered 24/7 it’s definitely worth the money for premium diapers that you can trust, even after 6 years its an interesting feeling peeing while standing talking to a client about their network or computer issues and them not knowing it’s happening as I don't stress or react to whats happening. Now if I didn’t trust my diaper to do its job (thin cheaper brand) then my facial reactions would be noticeable due to the stress about worrying if my diaper is going to leak. Agreed premium diapers are expensive and even tough no one knows your wearing a printed fun diaper you do and you trust the more absorbent diaper to do its job and thats all that really matters, even if you don’t use the full capacity its still worth it for the peace of mind snd the comfort of a premium diaper.

Betterdry diapers are my main go to diaper for both day and night, they are a bit bulky but with pants one size up and a onesie no one can tell im diapered
