When i go sleep anyplace it is no difference than home bed pad and overnite diaper. Used to be ConfiDry but there quality control has gotten so bad that my regular supplier quite carrying them. i bought a bag at another place but to many issues with them. I do love the new Alpaca diapers

I did 10 years in te Canoe Club as a Hull Tech before getting medical separation. Now i am rated at 100% not able to work. I saw so many countries while i was in and loved every minute of it! I was on a Sub Tender for first half and 32nd street for last couple as a certified welder.

My adult children know but i tell them it is because of an injury suffered. My son know i use a pacifier and have used it in front of him but as a pain tool in place of pain meds. Point is they only need to know a small part of all this. We are not hurting anyone and for the most part nit asking or demanding anyone to try or change us.

I have the standard blue medical diapers by prescription but i use ConFiDry 24/7 with a booster pad for overnight and longer outings . I have never had antone ask if i was wearing a diaper when i am out. I have tried others but always come back to the 24/7's. there are a few abdl diapers i like as well. you can get them from North Shore or Amazon. .

I have been in the situation several times and with close friends. We shared a room for two days and i wear 24/7 but he or any of the others there have no idea (as far as i know). Anyway i really don't think anyone was thinking about who was wearing diapers so no one was looking for it. I just kept fresh diapers, powder and supplies in a bag close to the bathroom. I changed into them at night and sweats and in the morning after a shower and had bags to put dirty ones in and took them to outside trash when i could. I have been doing this for last three years and either no one cares about my choice of underwear or they weren't thinking there was any issue. So just relax don't give a reason for anyone to think your wearing diapers and if someone questions you say its a medicle issue you choose not to talk about and that will be the end of it!

welcome Micheal-P I am glad you have someone in your life that knows and accepts you for who you are. I discovered diapers early on in my life ,around 1975 and did ten years in the military and working afterwards. Also went through raising two kids (mostly alone after a divorce) and still never told anybody and as far as i know no one else knew before i was able to use a medical injury (see my bio) to have my adult children ever know i where diapers. Sorry it got so long but just saying allot of us go through this alone forever so you are fortunate in deed!

I wear ComFiDry 24/7's for my go to overnight and out longer times. North Shore has one called Mega Max and they are a close but run about $50 more for the same amount, I have tried a few of the abdl style ones and most are good just mix in. I use the stickers to make MY DIAPERS feel more babyish

I have been ordering ComFidry 24/7 from North Shore for the last couple years. In that time i have had a few issues but they were always replacing the ones with issues. They always send samples of things that may interest me in with the diapers and wipes, I would feel very good in recommending both the diapers as well as the company without hesitation.

I am almost through my first case of large size in plastic backing. I love the extra material and the tapes are further part than Wellness superior. This is the only diaper I have found to work for me consistently without leaking overnite and in fact 12 hours later. I for one am sold sold sold. Will order another case tomorrow.

I use medicle usually but just recently bought northshore supreme for overnight or extended wear. Thy are great and better for me the wellbess superior. They have more material so even overnite no or very littli leakage and last into the morning after.

I have no issues at all and use mine all nite after my bottle and during the day as permitted and have seen no issues all.
