I've already told most of my friends and family of my incontinence, so I'm not that concerned if someone sees the outline of a diaper under my pants. -

I've gotten mine from some of the local surgical supply stores, the same place I get some of my diapers.

Last October, I had my first accident in public, and started wearing diapers.
