Wetting when pooping?

If I have any fluid in my bladder when I start pooping, my bladder will automatically empty itself.

Is it a common thing? Does anyone else have the same experience?

This is normal. There are two reasons it happens:

1. The muscles of bowel control and the muscles of bladder control are connected through the pelvic floor. This means that when you void your bowels it becomes relatively easier to also void your bladder and relatively harder not to.
2. If you're exercising voluntary control of your bowels, you are likely pushing, which entails boosting your intra-abdominal pressure (IAP). Boosting your IAP also squashes your bladder, increasing your level of urinary urgency and the likelihood that you will pee.

It reminds me of many years ago, over 35 when I was working at a place that had a smaller men's room.  2 urinals and 2 stalls.  I was in one stall taking a dump when I saw one of the maintenance men, about 30 come in to take a pee at the urinal (the gaps around the doors were kind or wide).  As he stood there taking a leak, it was, "fart, pee, fart, pee fart and pee".  Finally I called out, "For God's sake, Frank!  Are you gonna piss or shit?"

When I am intentionally pooping I will pee. When I am unintentionally pooping, I generally don't pee.

I don't usually pee simultaneously.  But when it does release,that's the sign that pooping is done.

Yes.  I'm incontinent for both bowel and bladder and I have sometimes done both at or around the same time.

Not only do I usually pee, but that's when I wet my diaper without any pre-planning.   If I didn't have a diaper on, I would wet my pants.

I am already wet when I mess my morning diaper and usually wet some more right after I go poopy in my diaper. I don't seem to simultaneously wet and go potty in my diaper. This morning is no different waking up with a wet Little Kings diaper then messing, followed by more wetting. Sitting here now you can imagine the condition of my diapee, but ohhhh soooo nice!

I can’t poop without peeing first.  If I want to poop my pants without them getting wet, I have to get my dick out and pee in a toilet or on the ground (when I’m camping).

I don't have the pelvic floor control to do this, whenever I deliberately mess myself I pee too. When I have an accident I don't though. Apparently some people are able to poop without peeing, I had a guy friend tell me he could, but I obviously don't know if he was telling the truth. Your equipment down there might make a difference?
