rusty pins
I agree. my kidneys probably produce more urine when I'm asleep than they do when I'm awake! It varies sometimes, but you wouldn't believe the amount of urine I produce each night. Instead of going to the toilet (and I don't sleep in diapers), I pee in a large plastic casino coin bucket on my dresser and empty it in the morning when I wake up. Some nights I have to empty it half way through, and by morning the second filling is pretty high! That's a lot of pee and I usually get up anywhere from 3 to as much as 7 times a night to pee from about 10:30pm to 7am. Link to comment
Dprczyone
Wow Rusty, you must be dehydrated by morning! Like you mine varies, Probably related to what we eat at supper time. Link to comment
Purpletiger96
I normally wake up and need to wet multiple times a night. But in diapers, I just wet in bed and fall back asleep. As for when I wake up fully in the morning most of the time I wet while I'm eating breakfast Link to comment

Like you mine varies, Probably related to what we eat at supper time. You would think so, but not dehydrated! I still pee when I get up, often a good amount on the 2 mornings a week I put on a diaper and spend 3 hours on line here. I do usually get a tumbler of water and take my pills when I get up in the morning and often sip water while surfing Daily Diapers and Diapermates those 2 or 3 mornings I am diapered after getting up. I couldprobably drink more in the day and cut back in the evening, but I also drink a lot of diet coke and the caffeen doesn't help! When I get my CPAP I hope o sleep better and not wake up as often. The Pulmenologist seems to think I get up to pee so much because of my sleep apnia. I stop breathing for as long as 10 seconds and that wakes me some, and I get the feeling of having to pee so I get up and pee or I can't fall back to sleep. Sometimes I pee a significant amount and other times a small amount. Still I get up on average 6 times a night to pee and can fill a casino coin bucket fully if not more. Sometimes I end up filling it only half way and other times I have to empty it before I finish sleeping I have peed so much. But like I tell people who ask, I'd rather wake up having to pee than having to pee and not wake up! Type 2 diabetes and caffeen don't help! Link to comment

Rachel Emily
It varies. I have chronic lymphadema in my legs, which means they tend to swell at periodic intervals. I usually alternate between taking on water for a day or two as my extremities swell, and getting rid of it all at once (which usually means a day or two of drenched diapers). On the days I'm getting rid of fluid, I'll either wake up with a soaked diaper or with a bladder so full I actually hurt (which usually empties as soon as I'm in a sitting position). When I wake up with a full bladder but a dry diaper, it usually means I'm constipated--if I can't poop, I can't pee either. Link to comment
LilLew
Not only that, but also needing to poop. Almost every morning. That's one of the main reasons I'm so bummed about not being able to fall asleep in a diaper. I'd love to just gently wake up in the morning and have an accident. Link to comment

fillemup
I always need to pee and poop when I wake up. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of peeing my diaper and sometimes I wake up in the middle of pooping my diaper. Sometimes I sleep through having both accidents. This is due to partial bladder and bowel incontinence due to a back injury. Link to comment
DaveeBEd
I dream of waking up to find I've pooped my diaper. At present I have to both pee and poop first thing in the morning and do that before changing my overnight diaper and having a shower Link to comment
dlnoir
I wake up wet, so I don't really need to go when wake up, but as soon as I get out of bed my bladder will empty completely. I love my wet diaper in the morning. Link to comment
Needingababysitter
Of a morning I'm usually pretty wet, and other times not as bad. I sometimes wake up with a messy diaper, or I mess after I wake up before my fiance changes me. Link to comment
