    Lookin' good!
  3. I got over being embarrassed in front of my wife while she diapered me or I was already in a diaper a long time ago. She was reluctant when I first asked her to help me but has finally realized that it's not going away. Usually as soon as I'm diapered she leaves the room but the other night she stayed fairly close as I put on my plastic panties and my ladies stretch panties to help keep things quiet. It kind of surprised me but we both carried on like it was nothing, which it really was. She only sees me in a clean diaper as it's been years since she last changed a wet one. If she ever does see me in a wet one again I think both of us will be fine with it.
  4. For me it has been finding that point of total relaxation. It takes some concentration at first but the more you do it the easier it becomes. Just don't get discouraged. It takes time to get your body to do something you were trained as a child not to do.
  5. It kind of makes sense. If you exercise strenuously enough I've read that it can take muscles 48 to 72 hours to fully recover. So it seems like it could work for those muscles too theoretically.
  6. Haven't seen you in awhile. I hope things are going well with you.

  7. We didn't need a counselor. We worked it out ourselves. She's been all over the map on my diaper wearing. Tolerance is pretty much where we ended up. I'm happy and she's happy.
  8. I'm obviously late to reply here because for some reason I didn't get the notification. I didn't tell her before we got married that I liked to wear diapers. in fact at the time I didn't have the urge to wear. It came back to me a few years later and it was about 10 years later that I started buying diapers to wear when she and the kids were gone. Since we're both retired now and I wear a few times a week she told me she wished I could do something about the noise. So 51 years later that's how the marriage takes place. It's called compromise.
  9. Back when they were still doing it I had a female doctor. It still felt very awkward. Then for one checkup my doctor substituted a physicians assistant who luckily I guess was also female. Before she did the prostate check she tried to relax me by telling me she had been in the Army and done it thousands of times. It did help but glad they don't have to do it that way anymore.
  10. I don't get the rectal exam anymore for a potential prostate problem. They do the PSA test from my blood and I guess that tells them what they need to know. Obviously I don't miss it.
  11. My wife hates the sound of crinkly diapers and plastic panties so after talking to @Pampered66I bought several pairs of stretch panties to stop the noise. During the same time searching for those I suggested period panties because of another issue I was having. She agreed and since April if I'm not diapered I'm in ladies panties boy cut style. They fit amazingly well and feel great. I made sure we didn't get cotton because I wanted my clothes to easily slide over them.
  12. When the kids were young and liked to explore the whole house I used to hide my diapers, Attends at the time, above the bathroom on top of the corner closet. When we eventually sold the house I got a ladder out to make sure I didn't leave anything behind. I'm very glad I did because I found 2 or 3 that had gotten shoved back far enough that I couldn't see them from just a step stool. No one was home so I put them in my dresser for the move to the new house. As far as I know they've never found out.
  13. I'll give you a vote of confidence DD. You're the guy I want running things.
  14. I'm late to the post but this is my personal matter with alcohol and diapers. Apparently my bladder does not get as intoxicated as I do. There have probably been 3 or 4 times in the last 5 years where I've over indulged with either beer or bourbon went to bed not diapered and woke up dry. By over indulged I mean there are things that my wife tells me I did that I don't remember. So some serious drinking went on. I'm never going to try and drink enough that I wet the bed because it may kill me. I'm resigned to the fact I'll probably never wet myself while I'm asleep. I also apologize. I didn't notice that this was in the bedwetters section and obviously I'm not.
  15. My first thought is to tell them all about it. I didn't tell my wife before we were married, we've been together over 50 years, and it has been an up hill battle to get her to be ok with me wearing them. She knows it's just something that I like to do for a few days a week but she also knows if given the chance I'd wear 24/7. I think everyone who sees your post will tell you to be open and honest. It doesn't sound like it would be but I really believe it will be. We all know the desire doesn't go away totally and for me it becomes a craving if I don't get to wear. I wish you the best of luck.
  16. Unless it's in the middle of winter here in the Midwest it's just my disposable diaper and plastic pants. During the winter months I will wear a onesie.
  17. I retired in 2010 as an assembler at a factory in the Midwest.
  18. I wish I had that problem. As is with the wife unable to help me with my diapers it's all my job. If she was able and wanted to check my diaper even though we had company I wouldn't have a problem with it.
  19. I'm with @Spanky. Much rather do outside chores although I do unload the dishwasher and help with a little of the cooking. I also help with the laundry but I suck at folding clothes. The wife and I both work on the garden but I do the yard cleanup along with the house gutters and brush clearing.
  20. Well, funny thing. I asked the wife the other day if I could wear around the house more when it's just her and I. At first she didn't say anything but later that day she came over to me and said it would be fine. That was Jan. 15th and I've been 24/7 minus 21 hours ever since. It has been the highlight of my diapered life! I hope others get to feel the same way someday.
  21. I'm married so have to consider her thoughts. Right now I'm wearing my swishy pants and a long wool shirt, mainly to cover the diaper bulge and the plastic pants noise. In the summer it's a tshirt and a pair of shorts. When I go out in the summertime I wear jeans and a very long tshirt to hopefully cover most of the diaper. In winter i have a couple of long hoodies I wear and along with a coat covers things very well. As I've gotten older I really don't think people care what my butt has on it.
  22. I usually go to bed somewhat wet. Then wake up a couple of hours before it's time to get up and wet some more. I've never been able to get one that wet so I guess I'll have to keep trying. :)
  23. I don't go out diapered trying to show my diaper. If, and that's a big if, someone notices it's no problem. People know that there are others out there who need protection. If they don't know that and say something I will politely reply that it's a medical issue.
  24. @Little BelleMy issue with wearing around people as I run errands and such isn't a problem. I don't wear around family because I don't want to include them in this. Your idea of wearing something thinner is good but if I'd happen to need a change it could create an awkward situation.
  25. One of the things I haven't conquered in my diaper wearing life is wetting while driving. It seems I have to life my bottom off the seat to do it. Yesterday afternoon as we sat waiting for our online ordered food to be brought out I had a small surprise. Being diapered and just sitting there I was already relaxed and I actually wet moderately. I know it's not the same as going down the highway at 70mph but it's a start.
