Im afraid youre describing how i also get this (ad to that with a few seconds or NO warning at al ) and yes in this case i sadly KNOW im not gonna make it so might as well let it out and THEN deal with the mess ? This is because of youre Medical IC .and as you sadly seems to have fecal IC when younger im afraid this shouldent be unexpected. Same here both urine and PLENTY of " accidents day and night " as a little girl as well . Same here and then its as i sed just to let it al out and then deal with the mess (sigh ) Unfortunately as i stated above the ods for us with fecal IC arent that good im afraid dear ? BUT do try the different options offerd to you by the continence nurse tho

Apparently and DONT ask me why. Males are more at risk of becoming bed wetters and us wimen gets Nocturia MOST of the time (based on medical articles ) Days pretty mush the same both genders tho in both Urine and Fecal IC.

Well as a Chronically SEVERE Double Mix IC first of al if youre Chronically constipated im afraid that you are indeed Fecal IC dear. Having Diarrhea added to youre youre Fecal IC means basically a living ........... As you have to always stay protected 24 /7 and ALWAYS be fully prepared for "accidents " be it smaller or full blows and when you do have sed " accidents " it drains youre body enormously (same with having to deal with constipation ) and youre blouthed and you have SEVER cramps and gases pretty mush the same as with Constipation only you get it out whether you like to or not. And yes its VERY messy and i wouldn't wish this or any other form of IC on ANYONE as its a living nightmare to have to deal with EVERY day 24 /7 whether you like it or not. So to al of you who SO mush would love to incontinent so you get to wear this lovely diapers may i just humbly say THINK VERY HARD on this (its expensive , it WILL have tole on youre life and last there is a HUGE different of fantasizing about being IC and get to ear diapers and the rest on a VOLUNTARY basis . Vs actually have NO choice then to wear the diapers and al the rest 24 / with or without youre consent or approval . And know this. The novelty and excitement WILL fade of sometime. And if you have gone to far the way back might NOT be able to take at al and youre STUCK a IC for the REST of youre life REGARDLESS of you actually like or love it or not YOU HAVE NO CHOICE anymore . NOTHING against DL but those that wish to become IC due to DL PLEASE THINK hard before going this route. TRUST me its NOT al that its cracked up to be ( babykeiff wrote Diet controls the effectiveness of these... ie more liquid diet = less ability to retain bowels. ) " Actually in my case that no longer work for me as i sadly get it al whatever i eat or drink this days so to SOME yes i agree but sadly in MANY others Case it dont matter anymore" ( In simple terms, bowel voiding can be managed - how you do that is your choice but every choice does have its downside ) " Sadly for Fecal IC bacikly the best option is Diapers (stated from medical experts ) as most other usely used methods have very poor success rate and the best option is surgery but not even that is 100 % success rate "

In my case for my Urine ( i have Severe Double Mix) i get More or less constant dribbling /little squirts 24 /7 Have to go roughly 15 + DAY (roughly 100 Ml -150 Ml /time . roughly 3 + nite roughly 300 Ml /nite and when i do its ALWAYS first flood and then QUICKLY goes to a tiny stream . (getting shorter and shorter reacting or heads up for both of my " needs . still not YET complete on Urine thank god but sadly judging on how things progress im just waiting for that as well ? )

Yes i felt the same but in my case as im not a Dl BUT i was alredy forced to wearing diapers due to my alredy existing Severe Double Mix fecal IC .Either way i was alredy protected al i had to do was ad more thickness and the level of protection . I agree if youre also enjoying this then thats just a BIG + ? ( i presume as you mention Moderate you have as me from when it started and now of course both Mix as well as OAB & Nocturia as well ?

I do have plenty of dollies but only sleep with one them that i had from my childhood and she is very dear to me . But i also have a cute pink Teddy bear to keep us both company at night Oh and last count i had i think 10 stuffed animals on my bed EVERY day still counting as the collection grows

Christine dear with al due respect i have been seeing alot of replies on youre behalf that Sissy's are Sissy's and AB`s & Lgs Little ones are NOT and so on Well i AM actually BOTH a AB /LG VLG And low and behold im also a Sissy (gasp ) Now i agree with you on that there is a difference between AB /LG and the difference is very simple its VOLUNTARY and its NOT based on forced fem or sexually aroused from sed clothing for which is also 2 different groups Those that whonts it like you more like ord AB`s and LG`s would wear . (we usely get criticized for bringing down the movement and al that , let along if we come out as Sissy's in the sissy world we are often shunned and ridiculed & questioned by the Male Sissy's (for me its very simple we have too genders (and OF course also Transgender and al the rest ) and like it or not we ARE differently molded from nature ) Im Not in ANY way shape or form support women opretion and al that BUT i do stand up for my rights as woman to also be feminine /girly and so on so i have chosen to embrace this part of me its up to every women to choose her self .
