Hey, sorry about the necropost but I thought what I have to say is relevant. I found someone on Esty that is making and selling custom Segufix kits for people. He is actually making me a 20 point restraint kit rigged to a folding stretcher for me. Lol, I am excited to get it.

Well, I can get pretty creative with how I store my diapers. You would be amazed on how much you can actually fit in a reasonably small space if you know how to play tetris well with all the bags. Btw my stash just got even bigger. I recently got two cases of crinkles auqanaut and two cases of Abu super dry kids.

Confidry 24/7. The leak guards are tall and run the entire length of the diapers. I have had some huge and I mean HUGE accidents in them and it never once leaked on me and I have been using them for several years now.

Same, I am usually in a poopy diaper for 8 to 12 hours. Longest time I stayed in one is 24 hours. That was actually the other day cause I had the house to myself.

Hands down, tape on's are the best. They are the real deal.

I don't try to hold any more but I typically had less than 5 seconds.

I hope not. It's the only diaper I know of that has such a unique and incredibly comfortable fit. Anyone else know or have heard more about this?

Moderate issues started 8 years ago, It became severe 3 years ago, and about 4 months ago I gave in and went 24/7. Now it's pretty much total incontinence.

Yup, you right. The doctor aren't always right. My urologist has been trying to push the interstim surgery on me and I declined because I already read up on that and it dosn't sound very good. Only some patients see a 50% improvement of their symptoms. Why would I go through an operation that only has a chance of only halfway fixing me. Not to mention that they have to do additional operation to replace the battery in the device every 4 to 7 years or if the wires shift out of their proper position. Umm sorry, I don't think so.

Medium. I particularly like dry 24/7's unique medium sizing.

I feel/I am the exact same way.

1. Dry as a child (medical condition started my adult wetting) 2. Every night (Don't have daytime control either) 3. Sleep until normal time (Diaper dose it's job and keeps me dry and comfortable all night)

I selected no/other because I have to keep two different brands in stock. One has a better fit but the other has better absorbency if the best features of the two types could be combined into one product then my answer would have been yes but until that happens I will still have to purchase two different brands.

Unfortunately I was emotionally and physically abused as a child by my parents and sexually abused by a teacher at my elementrary school. Although I had a piss poor childhood, I don't think that's 100% of the reason why I am abdl. But it is definitely part of the reason.

We don't necessarily need more facilities, just better ones. More advancements in psychiatry/psychology are a absolute must. We actually know so little about psychiatry that in fall more in the catagory of a pseudoscience rather than an actual science. Many of the treatments available currently tend to worsen people's conditions rather than helping them like it should. All the drugs I was force fed for years caused long term/permanent abnormalities in my brain chemistry. If the doc is gonna prescribe you meds, better hope they get it right on their first try because the wrong meds can really mess you up bad like in my case. I probably have tried more than two dozen types of medication before we got to a somewhat workable set up. Not even close to touching excellent though.

Generally more absorbent diapers protect your skin better and longer because you won't start to feel wet until you are nearing capacity. I actually get less rashes and uti's when I use high end diapers. Every time I've gotten a uti or rash has been when I resorted to using the cheaper ones due to money issues.

Yep, same thing happened to me when I switched to diapers permanently. I let go without noticing anything expect from the warm mush spreading around in my diaper. My constipation was cured as well as my bladder pains. Diapers really did do the trick for me.
