We don't necessarily need more facilities, just better ones. More advancements in psychiatry/psychology are a absolute must. We actually know so little about psychiatry that in fall more in the catagory of a pseudoscience rather than an actual science. Many of the treatments available currently tend to worsen people's conditions rather than helping them like it should. All the drugs I was force fed for years caused long term/permanent abnormalities in my brain chemistry. If the doc is gonna prescribe you meds, better hope they get it right on their first try because the wrong meds can really mess you up bad like in my case. I probably have tried more than two dozen types of medication before we got to a somewhat workable set up. Not even close to touching excellent though.

Generally more absorbent diapers protect your skin better and longer because you won't start to feel wet until you are nearing capacity. I actually get less rashes and uti's when I use high end diapers. Every time I've gotten a uti or rash has been when I resorted to using the cheaper ones due to money issues.

Yep, same thing happened to me when I switched to diapers permanently. I let go without noticing anything expect from the warm mush spreading around in my diaper. My constipation was cured as well as my bladder pains. Diapers really did do the trick for me.

220 ounces is the max capacity under testing conditions. 48oz is what I assume, they are expected to hold for anybody under any conditions (even side sleepers). I guess in most real world situations it would fall somewhere inbetween both numbers. (Probably about 110oz is a safe guess/ about half of the test rating).

I was thinking about using a chair with heavy restraints. I would want another ab/dl guy to strap me into the chair and leave me in it until I fill my diaper completely up to the brim.

AB/DL is the most simple and universal term. That's why I use it.

Yeah, blackout is awesome in that aspect. Games only take about 20 minutes instead of 45 mins for pubg. Gunplay feels quicker and smoother too.

Multiplayer in my opinion is to much like overwatch with the whole pick your character (can't have two of the same character in a game). They néed to fix the spawns ( I get spawn killed a lot ). Try Dry 24/7, they are size about a half a size lager than most other brands. ( Medium is in between the standard medium and large ) and it can absorb in between 2 to 3 liters. ( 2,000ml to 3,000ml ). Super comfortable to wear and I swear by this product. It has served me well since I first tired them in 2012.
