  1. Do you waddle? Walk normally? Crawl? Roll? Bear or soldier/army crawl? Scootch on your butt? Do you even move at all, are you just laying there, carried by mommy/daddy?
  2. A dad (who is a superhero) takes a break to help raise his kids, when the older of them, the 5 year old, starts to manifest superpowers. Meanwhile, the middle kid is potty training, and the youngest is learning to walk.
  3. Need inspiration? Want to hammer out the details of a story? Just need a little push or help? You've come to the right place!
  4. Sometimes, I like to read books on parenting toddlers and babies and see what they say about them. I think it forms a more accurate picture of what they're like in my head. Does anyone else do this?
  5. In your head, when you're 'your age', what milestones have you hit? Do you crawl, or walk? Can you talk? Or do you just babble, aside from a 'mama' or 'papa'? Are you in a crib? A toddler bed? A big kid bed? Do you drink from bottles? Or sippy cups?
  6. Would there be any room for the more toddler inclined? Some of us like bedwetting and potty training fantasies a bit more than diapers.
  7. Whenever I RP/use the headspace of an older toddler in diapers, I like to think why they aren't trained/are still training/still have occasional accidents. Share some of your own 'reasons'! I'll start with a few. A. "The Absent-Minded Professor" With this excuse, I'm okay with using the potty when I feel like it, but I just have a lot of accidents because I get distracted by something else-food, toys, TV, etc. B. "The Contrarian" With this one, I love the word 'No!'. It's like a favorite blanket or stuffed animal. I bring it everywhere-especially to the potty. C. "The Flip-Flopper" Some days, I'm really good at going potty, but on others, it's like I'm back in diapers. Maybe I start out using the potty, but a frustrating episode or tantrum makes me want to diaper up later in the day. Maybe I start the day diapered and in a bad mood, but some praise makes me wanna go potty.
  8. This question-when does it stop being a baby and start being a toddler-is both important in the field of actual pediatrics, but also to our situations with our little spaces. Where do you draw the line? Is it age? Milestones? Where do you think you are? And how do you decide?
  9. I meant more the ones meant for the children who are actually potty training, rather than the ones for the parents. Still, I have heard of that book, even if I haven't read it yet.
  10. I find them fun and interesting, and not just in a toddler headspace, but it can be fun to watch/read with my grown-up brain, too.
  11. A parent who is a superhero takes a break to look over their child and family (who may be a baby or potty training toddler or bedwetter), and the child starts exhibiting superpowers.
  12. Hi Mommy, I'm a 3 year old boy (call me Connor) in Pull-Ups who's playing, but just wet. I forgot I had to go. I haven't noticed yet.
  13. Do you strive when in your headspace to be accurate? Or do you have a fantasy of it in mind, unrealistic but more 'perfect'?
