  1. In a sense, I do create my own diapers because I use flat diapers. With a flat diaper, you can fold it in as many ways as you can think up. You can also reinforce it with whatever sort of soaker panel you want; another diaper, a towel, or something fancy like one of the Zorb fabrics. Top it off with a pair of good fitting plastic pants and I'm pretty well fixed.
  2. Welcome to DD. Stick around, enjoy yourself. And I echo the sentiments above.
  3. And sometimes, as in my case, those cycles run into years of no interest (suppression, maybe?) and now I'm back into it again.
  4. I don't smoke pot. I tried it a couple of times, and it did nothing for me, except bite my tongue, and burn the back of my throat. I didn't even get a buzz on. The stuff we were smokin' I thought could have used some storage in a humidor. (Can you tell I'm a pipe smoker?) Like others, I think it should be legalized. But I guess the failure of the Volstead Act taught Americans nothing.
  5. Welcome to the DD, Mike. I'm sure you'll find this a like minded group of folks. Make yourself at home.
  6. Hi Anthyyy. Welcome to the DD. There are folks here who can answer your questions. So ask away. Have fun, and enjoy the ride.
  7. I personally prefer any cloth diaper. They're easier on the environment, more concealable wither while wearing, or in storage. And you only need enough to get you through a few days before laundering. Don't let them sit around too long, the odor will give you away. You'll also need some kind of plastic, rubber, or PUL cover to contain the wetness and protect your outer clothing, upholstery, etc. AdultClothDiaper.com is a one stop shop. I've done some business with them. Hope this helps.
  8. Welcome, John. I think you'll find DD a warm and accepting place in the interwebs to hang out.
  9. Great! Sorry for laughing....that's what diapers are for, ain'tit?
  10. Hi Connor. Welcome to the DD. I hope you'll stick around and enjoy your time here. Lots of friendly folks who can answer questions you might have.
  11. This is an interesting thread. I see quite a continuous thought running through the discussion; "I don't know why.....exactly......I just enjoy it" is what I'm seeing quite a bit of. (It isn't universal, but it is to my observation frequent.) The upshot is that that observation makes me feel a lot better, because I'm not alone. I couldn't explain this no matter how I might try. It's too private, and too enjoyable.
  12. Keeping hydrated cannot be underemphasized. Water is your best friend.
  13. Just did a mini test run. I don't have much time today. So I just quickly diapered up, emptied my bladder and observed the absorbency. Quite satisfactory.
  14. Hi Collins and welcome to DD. Folks around here are quite friendly as I've experienced.
  15. For some folks there's the Yuck Factor when considering pooping in a diaper. They just don't like the mess, the smell, or the clean up chores. I rather suspect they aren't against pooping in a diaper, like it's some sort of ethical issue, rather just a matter of preference or comfort level. Myself, I'm with you. That's what a diaper is for. As we used to say back in the day "Diff'rent strokes for diff'rent folks."
  16. Hello Thijs and welcome. I think you'll like it here.
  17. I bought 2 pair of PUL diaper covers from AdultClothDiaper.com. I like them. Mine don't leak. https://www.adultclothdiaper.com/Leakmaster-Pullon-Vinyl-Pants
  18. I guess you could say I'm a recreational diaper lover. I only wear occasionally. I like the whole thing pooping, and peeing. It just feels glorious!
  19. I just received my order of Zorb II. I bought a half yard of 45 inch material on sale. Can't wait for some free time to try it out. Thanks to Baby June for turning me onto this stuff. I know for best results that it should be washed in hot water and dried in a hot dryer. Will do so as time allows. More later.
  20. Hello, and welcome to DD. I'm from elsewhere in the USA. Enjoy your stay here. You'll find it a good place to visit.
  21. Congratulation on quitting the cigs! I think it's a worthy trade-off. I wish you the best of luck and wear in good health.
  22. No worries. I know how that goes. Welcome, again.
  23. I should have thought of -1! Being as my job is in education, and I have students of all ages, I really don't want to risk the news becoming public. And that's why I haven't revealed where I live, and use a pseudonym.
  24. 1 for me. I like to keep it to myself. It's easier, that way. And besides, I have no way of answering the obvious question "Why". "Because" is an accurate answer, but incomplete. "It's fun" sounds preposterous. I just don't want to talk about it, which is why I like the internet and forums such as this one.
