I started with diapers to control night time accidents when I was twelve and by high school, I was using pads in the daytime. after High school my bladder issue kept progressing so I experimented with condom catheters, I had a lot of issues with the condom pcs coming off when I moved and the job I had required climbing ladders the leg bag and tube always pulled and I could not find a good way to work and use the catheter in a way that didn't constantly have me worrying about it or having leaks. During that time I had a few surgeries to try to correct my bladder issues and each time they left me with an indwelling catheter for extended time for me to heal and I had a terrible time with them from painful bladder spasms, infections and other negative aspects for me. Both products prevented me from doing the job I enjoyed so Diapers were and still are the best product for me. these products certainly work fine for many but I just had a rough time with them.

No, I am not ashamed of my accidents because I don't have control over it, naturally, this did not come right away, The stigma of incontinence and diaper wearing is real and it takes time to overcome but once you do your life gets easier and better because you come to some form of acceptance.

Some days an nights I wet much much more than normal, it is hard to break down as to why but just normal variations in life. my "super soaker" days as I call them are rare but they are very noticeable when they occur. If it feels like something is wrong I would recommend going to a Dr to make sure everything is ok.

for the most part, just have protection (towel) on the bed and have fun. If there is a big concern you could talk to your doctor to get some self-catheters and you can drain your bladder before you have sex. in over ten years of marriage I may have leaked during sex only a few times.

Depends on the diaper I'm using and how my body is acting, but using premium diapers I average three a day.

In my experience, the urologists have been only interested in medical treatments and management techniques, (medicine, procedures, and catheters) I don't necessarily fault them on this as diapers are considered a stop-gap measure either for temporary use or last option. Catheters require a prescription and medical supervision so naturally, they will tend to suggest them over the use of diapers whether they know it or not! but they will focus more on the long-term looking at medicines and surgical procedures to end the incontinence.

The Stand we used for our testing has a 31" waist and a 37" hip, the Medium fit it very well, for sizing you should go by whatever is larger, If your hips are closer to the 40+ size than it may be best to go to a Large but if your hip is close to your waist size than the Medium should be good! each product will fit everyone differently so you may want to seek samples for each before you commit!

As a child wetting the bed was terrible, I also had many daytime accidents but the lack of sleep, waking up to a wet bed was much worse for me and more common it drove me "crazy" enough to go out and buy myself diapers with my paper route money after sleeping all night using diapers my bedwetting didn't bother me anymore, Still to this day on the rare occasion my diaper leaks at night the wet bed will still drive me crazy.

Most rashes should go away in 3-4 days keeping the area clean and dry as much as possible as well as using Zinc Oxide cream. Usually the very painful rashes turn out to be yeast infections, if a rash does not go away after 3-4 days with zinc oxide than its a large chance it is a yeast infection. Many yeast infections can be treated by using antifungal cremes found in supermarkets and drug stores, you can find them usually in the foot or feminine section. if the rash does don't clear up in 7 days with an antifungal creme or if you start feeling ill go see a doctor as Yeast infections can get bad.
