  1. As rob110 said...it’s so much easier when you accept it and move on. I have been in thick diapers for over 15 years thanks to a drunk driver. I lost bladder and bowel control due to nerve damage. I was a DL before the accident, coming to terms with being in diapers the rest of my life made a significant change in my depression. I have to be double diapered at all times due to being a heavy wetter and having to intake a large amount of fluids each day due to medications I have to take. I still love being diapered though I have no choice but to wear them everyday. Thankfully, I have an amazing wife that married me after the accident that took my control away. She married me knowing that I would be diapered and she still changes most of my diapers. (That was her first rule. I’m not allowed to change myself. Only her or my home health nurse can do that.) I would definitely advise you to stay hydrated cause than can cause you major issues. It is a pain to drink a lot of fluids each day, but you need to do it. So I will end with, accepting being in diapers can make stress and anxiety so much less. So in the end you have to decide what is best for you health. Feel free to message me if you would like any further information. Good luck and stay padded!
  2. Depression really sucks! Have been dealing with it for over 15 years. Spent a few weeks in a mental hospital because of it. It’s a very hard thing to deal with at times. Medication has helped but I also have many days I am down. Always available for chat or message.
  3. Oh I have a few that resemble that...and a car seat!
  4. Dang...that picture resembles me in the car. Except for being a boy!
  5. Greetings from the east side of Texas.
  6. Being babied is an amazing feeling. My wife does it for me 24/7. Enjoy and please message if you would like to chat about it!
  7. Even when someone else changes you there is always small things that would make the fit better. But like you said, then you get the one that’s just perfect and it’s bliss. I haven’t changed myself in 14 years and my wife or nurse change me and they get my diapers on perfectly more than I ever could myself.
  8. I know it’s a lot of work, but home made baby food is the only way to go. My wife makes all my food and it tastes exactly like what she cooked! Chicken and dumplings and turkey pot pie are my favorites that she makes.
  9. It’s an EXTREMELY hard decision any way you go. But ultimately you have to make the choice that feels right inside yourself. For myself I didn’t get a choice. I was a DL all my life with bed wetting and daytime wetting as far back as I can remember. So diapers were always a part of my life, but I wasn’t in them full time. I always wanted to be full time, but in 2005 a drunk driver hit my truck and due to injuries I am now diapered 24/7 with both bladder and bowel incontinence. So I got my wish and I wouldn’t change it. Could have found an easier way to get there. So you have to do what feels right for you.
  10. I haven’t read it before, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t previously posted. Anyway, good start to a possible computer run future.
  11. A very nice start to an interesting story line. Please continue!
  12. I have seen several of them. In a restaurant sitting in a seat hooked to the table. In a store. Etc.
  13. You are correct...you get more and more comfortable being around the public while diapered the longer you wear diapers. It took a while for me to be comfortable with it, but now 14 years later and being diapered all the time, I don’t care much anymore. If someone notices, it doesn’t bother me. I actually had a six year old come to me one day in a store and ask me if I was wearing a diaper. I told him yes due to a medical problem. He replied the he wished he could still wear diapers. So I have no doubt he is now one of us out there somewhere.
  14. Wear your diapers with pride! More than likely no one will even notice your wearing a diaper.
  15. This is something many of us went through. The exact thing. I wanted to be 24/7 for many years after I started wearing for more than the sexual part. It evolved slowly and I started wearing for a day or two. Then for a week. Then an auto accident 13 years ago, took my bladder and bowel control away. (Please don’t drink and drive! Thanks to a drunk driver I lost all control) So now I wear 24/7 due to need. And besides the way I got to this point I would not change anything.
  16. Really enjoyed this story. I have found myself dreaming of the same situation. I hope you plan to or have written others like this.
  17. Sleep? What is that. I have insomnia and only sleep 3-4 hours a day, somtimes less. It really sucks. Tried every medication and method but no luck. Been 10 years since I slept for 8 hours except for when having surgery. That’s some good sleep till you wake up. I tend to sleep fairly deep when I do sleep.
  18. Having a partner that will take care of you in this way is amazing. My wife also takes care of me. My situation is a little different with some medical issues, but she keeps me in the AB world fulltime. I hope that more ABDLs will find their happiness like we have!
  19. I have all the baby furniture a fulltime AB could ever want or need. All custom built specifically for me. But out of all of it, my crib is number one. Followed by playpen where I spent most of my time and then changing table and then high chair and car seat.
  20. Their are a lot of great people here that can give you great information. Many of us have a similar story. So ask what you want and enjoy!
  21. When I had to start wearing diapers fulltime, I felt that people would stare at me and make fun of me. But found that wearing a diaper brought my stress and depression under control. I talked to several doctors about this and they said the the diaper was in my mind like a security blanket and as long as I had a diaper on my mind though differently. So I understand like you said you felt more comfortable in public when wearing a diaper. I have been wearing fulltime for 12 years and I take minimal doses of depression meds now.
  22. I was raised on a farm my whole life and now I am a rancher myself. I love everything about it. From bailing hay, working cows, etc. I love it even more now! My dad taught me to drive trucks and tractors at a very young at out of necessity. Also was working cattle and helping with feeding, etc my whole life. Always good times on the farm! I’m also in East Texas.
