    nothing like a good squeeze or pinch to the front of the diaper or a pat on the rear. If it helps to absorb or not I do not know. But it sure does feel good!

    All great advice on here. I always wear plastic pant with both cloth and disposable diapers. While they will do nothing for all all out flood if there is nothing to absorb, they do tend to catch the smaller leaks.

    ConfiDry 24/7 are the way to go for me when I am not wearing cloth diapers and plastic pants

    You sound just like me, I wear either Dry 24/7 or cloth with plastic pants. A couple of time I went back to the new Attends and they feel like I am wearing nothing and tend to change 8+ times a day vs 4 or 5

    I lived in Colombia for 4 years and loved it. I was in Bogota, but got around to many cities to include Medillin.

    I remember these in pull on or snap on and their soft opaque vinyl as well. All the hospital supply tors had the overly helpful women as well.

    I did not wear a diaper during the procedure, but was helped into a diaper after in recovery. No big deal.

    Your getting old if you remember wearing actual plastic pants and not some cloth, poly, nylon waterproof pants. But then of course I still wear actual plastic pants and love the crinkle!

    I remember trying them years ago and I see there is a Dry Comfort diaper still available. I wonder if they are the same?

    I think it is more of just to worrying about it because you know you are diapered. I am incontinent, but I am sure I wet more then just because of the incontinence due to the fact I know I am protected and do not have to worry about it.

    I wear ConfiDry 24/7 all the time due to IC and just go about my daily business. No one is looking at you, they have there own life to deal with. Just go for it and have fun.

    The ConfiDry 24/7 has much more bulge when wet.

    I think ConfiDry 24/7 are the noisiest/crinkliest diaper I wear, but I love it.

    I could not agree more, I do not worry about it anymore and make the best of it with cute designs and colors on the diapers and plastic pants.
