I have been serious about weight loss since February. I weigh daily and record my meals and track my activity. The daily weigh-ins provide feedback that helps me gauge how well I am doing. It's normal for weight to jump around a bit, but if I am doing things right, there is steady weight loss over the week. On food, I do not count calories or points. I eat moderate portions of lean proteins, healthy fats, and fresh vegetables and fruits. For activities I try to get 10,000 steps in each day and i have been working at getting some form of strength training in a few times each week. So far I have lost 20 lbs. As i go further i expect to hit some plateaus where i don't lose weight for a while. I have another 50 lbs to lose to get to a good weight.

Renewed. Thanks for all you do. I should have realized I needed to renew since it isn't 2017 anymore. [emoji3] Sent from my SM-T713 using Tapatalk

I once dated a girl who claimed to a follower of Our Lady of the Silver Frisbee (when you die your soul lands on the roof and you can't get it down). I'm Methodist. Sent from my SM-T713 using Tapatalk

Do You Keep Your Pacifier In Your Mouth All Night?
WeaselDiaperBoy replied to turtlepins's topic in Baby Talk
I use a CPAP at night and my pacifier keeps me from mouth breathing at night. I use it every night. -
When Was The Last Time You Pooped Your Diaper
WeaselDiaperBoy replied to thong5's topic in Stinky, Squishy & Proud
For the most part, I don't poop my diaper anymore. But this week I did my colonoscopy prep, so I wore a diaper as a precaution. I mostly used the potty, but I was thankful for the diaper a few times during this ordeal. Sent from my SM-T713 using Tapatalk -
I agree with RS682. I don't think anyone is pushing for a "yes, please change me" response from a newborn before changing, but I do believe teaching kids early in life that they should learn the concept of consent.

A Worrying Future for Disposable Nappies/Diapers?
WeaselDiaperBoy replied to Elfy's topic in Scoop The Poop
There is always the cloth option. -
I don't know the REARZ company, and I have only purchased some of their products from a third party. But what I understand about their rationale it appears that they are having trouble being lumped into an ADULTS ONLY type of product. I don't know how trademark for ABDL fixes this, but I certainly sympathize with the problem, and it would be nice if their issue was resolved. I am glad they dropped the trademark request.

Feeling like I have to pee a lot
WeaselDiaperBoy replied to iweardiapers's topic in Our Lifestyle Discussion
I have had a prostate infection that did this. I felt like I needed to pee, but I wasn't able to get a solid stream. Might want to get the plumbing checked. -
In the Gamorra (flying turtle) episode, they voice over a young Japanese boy in small shorts, "I wet 'em". They repeat this a few times when he is in the scene.

I remember one of the earlier episodes had "This planet has a saggy diaper that leaks".

The season did give some insight into Kenny and the family situation. Apparently, daddy sometimes wears a pillow case over his head when he goes to his ghost meetings. The kids are home schooled, which explains why they roam the neighborhood all day long. Mommy and daddy are on a vacation at a prison. And grandma is watching them, which explains why they roam the neighborhood all day. They borrowed daddy's rope, that he uses in his closet when he has his "Happy Fun Time". And for entertainment they watch a gutted tv for the squirrel show (two squirrels hooking up in the empty tv console). Sent from my SM-T700 using Tapatalk
