This thread may have started out stupid, but it was kind of interesting hearing peoples' stories regarding prison. Thanks to our outdated justice system, I am not surprised by them one bit, but I have heard that at least in Illnois, they have you interview a nurse before entering prison, because they are trying to treat mental illnesses at the prison. There, a majority of prisoners have some sort of illness, probably because in Illinois, access to care is very limited.

Definitely. Munipal violations can ruin your life, and for no reason. For instance, they'll take away your driver's license if you fail to pay a fine. Then you'll lose your job because you can't get to work. Then they'll take you to prison for continuing to fail to pay the fine, which makes no sense, since jails are expensive to maintain.

I had made plans to make a crib. My plan was to use a flat twin wooden bed frame and buy deck rails and attach them to the sides. It is really easy. All you need is some screws, some brackets to make a door, and finally some paint, pink in my case. The price for materials without difficult construction would be a few hundred dollars.
