Depending on your caregivers personality a temper tantrum could be life threatening ?

Pretty sure my aide would shoot me if I bought training pants . I am a direct to full on 2 piece diaper user , it would be a hell of a lot more work to put on or takeoff a one piece . She can log roll me when she changes me , not so much in a one piece .

It takes a big boy to admit you need protection, so call me a skeptic of marketing hype .

Actually I just read an article about how common it is for people to use counterfeit plates and get away with it , considering most highway cameras have ALPRS and many agencies like state troopers have those cameras mounted on there cars ,you would think the cameras would be “dime dropping “ but they aren’t . Seems the reliance on technology by some officers is letting a lot crime happen well the officers are oblivious to it because the computer doesn’t notice and notify on DIY license plates .

You’re first going to need some rock solid test results, scans , functional ability evals and such . Then get a social security disability specialist attorney ( they don’t get paid unless and until they win the case . unfortunately everything about social security disability over the last 20, has been changing to stack the deck in favor of denying you access , from automatic first claim denials to fast tracking your case to there doctors ( who always have an excuse as to why your not disabled ) to regional shortages of admijisteative law judges to here your appeal after being denied and jerk around for many years . If you think I am kidding there is an automatic 2 year wait for Medicare benefits , they mail you a card in advance with an active date 2 years later if your approved , the reality of that is most people by the time they get approved there is no wait , its active . Also bear in mind that anyone you live with who has a job or receives benefits affects your eligibility and benefits ( even if the do not support you in anyway there income or benefits count against you ( that’s why most people with a disability aren’t legally married to a spouse or living together ) two people receiving benefits when there income is combined in most states is $2.00 over the limit of what’s allowed and you have to decide who loses there benefits ? Because of that $2.00 , the system has been being rigged against your ability to collect benefits that you have paid into your entire life .I have been dating my G/F who lives down the street for 15 years , the loss of benefits for either of us would be castrophic so we don’t co habitats or do anything as a couple . She is disability because she has MS . I am on “compassionate disability” because I have an incurable untreatable rare fatal disease , in having the disease you are supposed to get fast track automatic benefits eligibility , don’t make me laugh I had to fight for 6 years to get it . I will say once a ALJ heard the case , he was so pissed off every so called expert social security sent me to lost there medical license for there excuses as to why a dying quad should be making a living . He also said the evidence was clear and compelling I did everything I could to not have to file , so he not only found me disabled and eligible for back pay to when I applied he gave me back pay for 3 years before I even applied , trying to send a message to the bureceats ….sorry to be so negative but that’s my experience with the system .

Bleach an any of those oxygen boosted laundy soap are toxic to the long term health of cloth diapers , if your getting poo stains there is an old saying that still applies “sunlight is natures bleach and disinfectant in one “ hang your diapers inside out on clothes line to dry the sun rays will start breaking those stains up . I have cloth diapers that have been filled with poop 100X’s yet don’t look any different from ones that have only 20 BMs . Sunshine makes huge difference in whiteness and erasing BM stains .

Nearly constant “babbling brook” day and night.I do tend to wet more volume wise When “fudge stripping” which is usually 2X’s a night .

I can safely leave the required adult medical care up to aide , she follows doctors orders for most required tasks to keep me healthy, what I eat is “what I feel like” I go thru sales adds to make a weekly menu then we cook it . she will provide alcohol and semi recreational drugs as needed or requested , I am bathed, medicated,Fed and changed on schedule according to doctors orders and with my needs . I listen to a lot of music and watch movies as I want to , she will wire prewire and route electrodes outside of places I mess so that masturbation can happen anywhere anytime as desired . basically I have full time care , but have the first and last word on things not related to keeping me healthy. Diapers catheters ,bowel movements are all routinely prescribed /controlled/ induced by doctors for me . I don’t have to worry or think about them as they are independent of what I think or want . Not a sports guy so watching games wouldn’t happen here voluntarily .

I am about to be put in bed to be changed , wet and messy in full control of my diaper region at the moment .

I can’t hold it or force it as I lack nerve and muscle function . I do take prescription medication from my doctor. The combination of medication will make even the most determined poo withholder go . I can’t feel any urges or sensations to go to bathroom ,so the medication thinks I being difficult and resisting what needs to happen , the longer the medication is in your system the more laxative it becomes ,so intentionally or un intentionally holding it , with not end well . At some point you will get to the point where it is impossibly laxative and it overwhelms your ability to resist and you heavily soil yourself . So for me without nerve or muscle functions to warn or urge me to seek a toilet . Nothing is happening situation normal until emergency happens and I involuntarily lose my shit my diaper is full . The medications produce a really large soft poop outside anyone’s ability to prevent . Diapers aren’t decoration even a fully healthy continent person will require them ( of course a normal person can’t imagine a medication that can get them to forget a lifetime of potty training )

The only thing this guy did illegal was the false pretense , had he just admitted his kink and honestly negotiated his needs ,wants & desired care . He would have been fine . As stupid as trump who for the first time payed a debt he owed , using someone else’s money and lying about it to win an election , had he not cooked the books or stayed out of politics he could pay all the hush money he wanted completely legally with no risk of law breaking , he skated his entire life as a con man , it’s his narcissistic need for one last epic con ,that has directly finally screwed him as he reaps what he has sowed . I have legitimate disability and caregivers who are responsible for changing me , the difference being they know about my need to be diapered and changed Fed ,watered , medicated , catheterized ,dressed put in my wheelchair or put in bed as part of my routine daily plan of care . My aides know I need all the care and protections of a full sized special needs adult toddler , I have the mental intellectual abilities of any middle aged college educated guy , with the physical abilities of a toddler ( my aides 11 month old can snatch and hold my candy whereas I can’t even contemplate taking hers ) . why do people who do this shit ,default to intellectual impairment for needing diaper change ,there’s a whole world legit functional impairments that require diapers ( please know I am not giving ideas or encouraging dishonesty ) I am a caree now but having been a caregiver , I know trust has to go both ways , I have everything in the house someone would need to keep me sedated and constipated , they could knock me out do minimal diaper changes,food and water and party with my money .instead I get good care ,respect and correct medication ,proper nutrition and diaper changes every day. Sometimes I think my aide wishes I talked less when I am high , but that’s a different story .

Like anything in this world routine diaper fleet inspection & maintenance . Pays off handsomely in stress free protection . Keeping diapers on your ass and off your mind . My daily drivers are like 14 years old . My aide checks them at least weekly when washing them , taking care of potential issues before they become issues or compromise your ability to use them, I have about 100 ultra rise day contours in rotation as well as 100 ultra rise super heavyweight pre fold for overnight full maximum control. My overnight diapers are the diapers I wear the longest ,day diapers are changed every 4 hours overnight are about 12 hours .

Been going to doctors diapered for more than 30 years , it doesn’t matter to all other doctors other than my urologist and colon rectal surgeon because the diaper area is under there control all doctors know I am incontinent as it’s in my medical records but that’s like knowing I had a hot dog with mustard for lunch , there’s nothing for them to Pay attention to because they don’t treat it ,I have specialist for that .

Full time disabled incontinent person, so all family & friends know and/or have changed me themselves at some point . I don’t need an excuse to be adult baby as that is the hand life dealt me .. illness has regressed my body but advanced my mind .

When you require a great deal of Incontinence protection , there is no bulky or discrete diapers , there is just diapers that fit your level of need . Some people may be able to get away with a super slim and trim diaper because the diaper is for light use or insurance in case it’s needed , somebody like me who has complete loss of bowel and bladder needs a very aggresive diaper to contain it , a proper diaper for me by it’s very nature is going to be sizable when clean and dry and going to be immense when used fully , there just isn’t a scientifically valid way in current technology to expect heavy effective control from a discrete diaper . We have to forget bulky and wear a diaper that is effective and reliable protection for your need .

I do live much like a toddler due to my physical health problems ,I have an aide full time doing the things I can’t . I don’t require a bottle, a sippy cup works . This life chose me , I didn’t choose it being a full size adult human with “neuromuscular difficulties” gives me all the requirements of being a baby and needing full assistance with Activities of daily living . The only difference between my aides daughter and I “ we won’t fit each others diapers “ she does basically the same tasks for both of us daily , her daughter will grow up and outta diapers ,I only grow into needing them more before I die . My advice don’t ever sign up in real life , keep your fantasy a happy one ,because there is no real fun side to disability . Only disappointment and diaper laundry .

The great thing about diapered in wheelchair , any diaper leaks are self contained , no risk of exposing any non consenting people to my waste .the only person that has to deal with it is my aide who is well compensated to provide my personal care .

All my supplies come as cases , I only buy bags to occasionally “torture test” new diapers , but recently due to inflation and the rising costs I haven’t bought anything I use my normal cloth at home and for going out my usual insurance supplied boosted ATN or Northshore just before the pandemic I ordered 2 cases of every color supreme and Megamax , so I am not going to need to purchase any kind of protection until prices normalize . Insurance automatically ships 3 case of diapers ,1 case of boosters, 1 of chux , gloves , catheters , drain bags every month . unfortunately will he need a diaper ? Is not a question, only when

I always wear either rubber bloomers or Protec briefs for leak protection . I don’t worry about sound as I don’t move and discretion there’s no need ( I always look like I am wearing a large black diaper do to silicone filled neoprene pelvic restraint , hides my actual diaper )

I don’t wear disposables that often in winter because I don’t go out much, in summer at least one change is to disposable for going out. So there’s always half a case open and fluffing .

Dollar store clear packing tape fixes tapes reinforces tapers repairs pinholes , I have gotten bags of diapers with a fuck ton of loose SAP granules . A strip of tape is like a magic eraser . If I am going out in a disposable my aide puts a continuous piece all the way around keeps the plastic from stretching .
