Live action or cartoon?

One of my faves. This is a scene from a Belgian sketch comedy show called ‘The Ideal World’. In this scene, a man explains that he never spent time with his son because of his busy schedule as a brain surgeon. Due to that, he missed his son’s entire childhood and regrets not having lived through all those precious moments. So his solution was to give his son brain surgery to regress him back into a baby. This stuff is straight out of an ABDL story. Near the end of this beautiful film, one of the characters (a handsome, mature man in a wheelchair) gets held down and forced to take a suppository. In order to get it in there, his assailants lift up his robe, pull down his boxers, undo the tape of his adult diaper, push in the pill and redress him. Earlier in the movie, he also rushes to the bathroom when his friend is visiting, but he audibly doesn't make it in time. He asks his friend to bring him a new diaper, and while we can see the diaper getting taken out of the package and brought to the bathroom, we don't see anyone actually wearing or changing a diaper here. These ads often feature women modeling the incontinence underwear they're wearing. I wish men's incontinence underwear commercials would do the same; for now, I can only think of one (last year by Tena Men). Seni also released an ad with a man pulling up a pair of pull-ups, but they never show his face. Strangely, this made me think about the fact that there are hundreds, maybe thousands of fetish videos fully featuring women in diapers, but when men appear in diapers their faces are almost always obscured. Might be a coincidence, but I'd like to know the sociology/psychology behind this... but that's probably a discussion for another topic.

Can't believe I only just discovered this one! The movie's premise is about a band from the 60's called Bucky and the Squirrels, who get frozen alive after their plain crashes in the Alps. When they get found and resuscitated 50 years later, they initially behave like toddlers. In one scene they're all in a shared hospital bed with bibs on and drinking from sippy cups, their faces covered in baby food. 2 scenes later, there's an extended scene of them crawling around and just generally acting like babies in t-shirts and (pull-up) diapers.

On this episode of the TV show 'Teachers', the ex-principal has been hired as a sub in his own school. He's struggling to find the time to do anything, and his colleagues trick him into wearing diapers as a prank. All diaper-related clips have been conveniently converged in a Youtube video for your consumption!

Wasn't sure where to post this since it's a theater production rather than a TV program or movie, but I figured this was the right place. I found this amazing-looking German theater show that parodies dictators, in which the two only characters seemingly spend the entire runtime in nothing but a diaper. I've tried messaging the troupe a long time ago to ask if there was any video footage of the show, but I never got a response, so unfortunately all I have are these pictures.

A short film created for a contest about a woman who succesfully manages to turn her (literal) manbaby partner into a grown-up, only to regret it afterwards. Absolutely loved this one. We see the guy doing lots of babyish stuff, and there's 1 great shot of him getting bottlefed in a diaper, as well. Plus it helps that he's really hot. The whole thing is up on Vimeo.

From what I can gather, this is a TV show from Denmark called 'Testkaninerne'. Two guys... test stuff out. Pretty sure that's it. In this episode, they put on (decent) adult diapers and see who can hold their bladder the longest, until one of them pees his diaper. Jason Jones wore an adult diaper on two different occasions as far as I'm aware. Once on July 16th 2013 during a filibusters segment. The next one January 14th 2015, when they're talking about how police officers are wearing diapers during the pope's visit to Manila.
