@DailyDiIn honor of March, I bring you pi!
  2. Curse you for posting on Sundays and making me look forward to the end of the weekend! Also the story is adorable so far. Really enjoying it.
  3. I typically have a very hard time entering trance BUT I have had good luck with the Daywetting and Nightwetting files on Baby-pants.com. I have not had much luck with progress but at least feel like if I kept at it I might actually stand a chance vs many other pre recorded files
  4. I have literally put my money where my mouth is. I have purchases the Mega Inspire plain white diapers. Will report back when I have some information regarding actual absorbency and more importantly durability.
  5. You don't need to post it here but do you feel shame for your diaper fetish? I know it is something I have dealt with since as long as I can remember to some degree. It has taken years to get over and still not 100% satisfied. The only thing I can think of is wetting has become normalized or somewhat accepted in your mind and that messing was somehow a step to far for you to deal with which would throw you over the edge of "being wrong".
  6. I won't tell you that it an acquired taste or to give it another chance. I will say that the first time I messed myself as an adult was totally unexpected, definitely not my desired outcome, and an emotional experience. I can't say that I cried, but at the time was something I never wished to repeat. Fast forward 15 years later and I mess my diapers multiple times per day as I am 24/7 diapers. I wouldn't think too deep into it. You can not change the past so put it behind you (no pun intended). Curiosity may strike you days/weeks/months down the road, it may not, and that is OK. There are some questions I think you may want to ask yourself about the experience or if you ever decide to try again. Why did you mess in the first place? What were you expecting out of the experience? What changed after you did that made you upset?
  7. This was my thought. They know that they are "medical" company and therefore rely on the fact that older people and insurance may not be willing to buy from an ABDL company or may not know about them. I hope the community stops recommend them as the end all be all now because the value proposition is horrible compared to what it was when they were released.
  8. I bought plenty of ABDL diapers during the pandemic and I will concede you are correct in that some ran out and some ran out for AWHILE. I kinda liked Tykables and ABUs approach. They only allowed 1/2 case purchases effectively increasing the price by 20%
  9. The arms race at the top of the adult diaper market has truly been one to behold. a decade ago when Bambino, Rearz, and Bundewindle made their debuts 3500ml was the norm and 5000ml was a monster of a diaper. Today these are maybe middle of the pack. 5000ml seemed to be the stagnant place that diapers stayed for a long time. Many brands were content to compete on price or IP (colorful designs). I feel like Megamax changed the game right as the capacity arms race started to heat up again. When the Northshore Megamax came out I was so excited they were a FANTASTIC product at $2 ea and ABDL diapers with similar or greater capacities regularly went for $2.5 or more. In the last 2 or 3 years Megamax prices have increased from $2 each to $3 each (Plus shipping). Their capacity has remained the same while other brands increased their capacities to 7500-8000 and even 9500 in the case of the Trest. In addition the ABDL diapers still cost around $3 ea (Tykables @ 7000ml and $2.87 each) and most recently Rearz has released their mega line with a whopping 8500ml are under $3 each. 2.69-$2.90 depending on print. The Megamax had one remaining advantage. Many of the high capacity ABDL diapers just did not hold up to rigorous exercise or have obvious ABDL prints. That has changed recently. Tykables is selling the NRU Str8up diapers and Rearz recently released their Mega Inspire Briefs. The Nappies R Us diapers come in white, baby blue, and pale pink. They are $3 each and a capacity of 8000ml, a whopping 23% larger capacity for the same price. I regularly would recommend the Megamax to people because while they were expensive they had the capacity and durability to last through the day. They weren't an all the time thing but for the times you just needed it to work they would. I went on my first hike yesterday with the NRU Str8ups and was thrilled that they held up well. I guess I always assumed that a medical diaper company would have more buying power and be able to get better pricing on their diapers. Over the last 4 years Northshore Megamax has gone from the top of the market for capacity to middle to low end on capacity and now a higher cost/ml ($.46/L) vs $.31/L for the Rearz Mega inspire or $.37/L for the NRU Str8up sold by Tykables. In the last four years their has been zero innovation from Northshore and their only contribution has been a 50% increase in price while other ABDL companies have released better products for the same price or less. All of these prices are without mentioning sales, of which the ABDL companies have fairly regular sales (and quite good occasionally) the most recent being Rearz Valentines sale which was BOGO 1/2 off or a 25% discount. Tykables had some good sales around Black Friday and Christmas. To put into perspective how out of whack Northshore pricing is now I have included the Trest in my price comparison which do not have case pricing and as far as I know only sold on amazon by the pack. Brand Diaper Name Case Price Qty Diaper capacity Cost per diaper Cost per liter % compared to megamax Rearz Mega Inspire 97 36 8500 $2.69 $.3170 -31.32% Mega Safari/Dino 103 36 8500 $2.86 $.3366 -27.07% Mermaids 103 36 7000 $2.86 $.4087 -11.44% In Control Original 88 48 5000 $1.83 $.3667 -20.56% Premium Night 88 36 5661 $2.44 $.4318 -6.44% Elite Incontinence 86 36 5455 $2.39 $.4379 -5.12% Tykables NRU Str8up 240 80 8000 $3.00 $.3750 -18.75% Ultra 230 80 7000 $2.88 $.4107 -11.01% Bambino V2 Bellismo 120 48 5000 $2.50 $.5000 8.33% Bianco White 110 48 5000 $2.29 $.4583 -0.69% Trest Elite 45 10 9500 $4.50 $.4737 2.63% Northshore Megamax 120 40 6500 $3.00 $.4615 All of this to say as a community I think we need to broaden our description of what a good diaper is and not get stuck in a rut for product recognition vs new ones that are clearly superior on paper (I suggest we all try these newer ones). After this week I can easily say that the NRU Str8up is worth a look for anyone for a daily or heavy use diaper. After doing this post I will be buying some Rearz Mega Inspires to see how they hold up to rigorous movement. I have posted this here because while it is important so save money anywhere you can as a past time like a typical ABDL. But people who come here are looking to wear 24/7 and need practical advice on how to wear all the time. Small savings on individual diapers accumulates very quickly over time. That means that the most ultra premium options may not be the best but if they are they better be the actual best and Megamax ain't it anymore. I feel like Northshore has sat on their laurels (not yannis) and let the brand recognition carry them to greater profits. Clearly they are gouging or ABDL brands are getting a much better deal on manufacturing somehow.
  10. I have 2 packs of the gingham style Tykables overnights, a pack of the Tykables Koda Cubs, and a few of the Rearz Princess. Haven't decided what I am going to do with them. I have such a hard time using diapers like this =(
  11. I have not done any sort of objective testing yet, BUT I can say that the Trest Elite and NRU Str8up ARE different but probably made in the same factory. The outer shells feel similar (maybe the same, hard to tell w/ human perception), the cut is similar and the inner core feels identical. Purportedly the Trest boasts a capacity of 9500 ml vs the "paltry" 8000ml capacity. Honestly the delta between the two is hard to discern after 2 diapers/boosters. What I can determine at this point is that the price point of the NRU Str8up is DEFINITELY worth it over the cost of the Trest. The value prospect is there for sure. On my next hike I aim to test the longevity of these.
  12. If I am not mistaken that is a first generation Snuggies from Tykables. If I am correct they are LONG since discontinued (at least 3 or 4 years)
  13. That is a crazy good deal. Definitely considering dropping some coin on this. Thank you!
  14. Just wanted to set the bar high(er) if you know what I mean #notastoner
  15. Been watching the replys the last couple week and the biggest thing I see that that skews results is "what is a diaper change". Some people are pants on to pants on vs some people by the looks of it is from the time I am un-diapered to re-diapered. idk what the right answer is but it definitely helps skew results
  16. Alright, Curiosity strikes, if you are so keen on giving yourself diarrhea why would you be adverse to the two easiest ways to do so? That being said usually a huge divergence from your normal diet will cause your body to reject it ASAP. If you are not a big fruit eater go eat an entire quart of strawberries or something like that. Will probably spend the rest of the day with the runs.
  17. That isn't terrible considering pack pricing is $4.5 each and they are not sold by the case.
  18. I don't smoke but it will never not be funny to make silly numbers with donations
  19. So I have been timing myself this week and a quick change is 10 minutes and probably around 12-15 minutes on average dependingonhow messy and how much I lolligag.

@DailyDi I don't know how you do it. As soon as one of my diapers goes disco I can't use any more of them. Causing actual problems in my stash because I have 40 or so that are no longer made.
  21. The biggest problems I ever ran into was the powder. Apparently diaper powder is explosive or smells like it according to the machines. Last time I went through TSA with powder I got to meet the nice explosives man and have a 10 minute conversation as they retested.
  22. I think at this point I have tried nearly every premium ABDL diaper and ultra premium medical diaper. Rearz (Mermaid and Critters), Tykables, Little Rascals, ABU little kings/Alpha Gatorz, Trest, Northshore Megamax. All have a stated capacity over 6500 to 9000 ml. In that range honestly it comes down to value, looks, and personal preference. The Northshores are the worst value proposition for absorbency in my opinion. They have the lowest (LOL) in this category at 6500 and still $3 each, BUT they are my go to any time I am out of the house and have no idea what the day will bring. They have never failed catastrophically. The Rearz are both amazing, but the Mermaids are my personal favorite as a diaper. The hook and loop is great and the fit is good for me. These are also around $3 each Tykables are great but their waddle cut is love it or hate it. If I am not careful I start to chaff almost immediately. I have not gotten to try their Str8up diapers yet but I am sure they are fine ABU Little Kings/Alpha Gatorz are bar none the most similar to modern baby diapers. I absolutely love them. But I feel as a diaper they are probably weakest of the ones I have listed. Out of all of them Trest is the most absorbent. With a capacity of 9000ml but I also haven't been able to find them at case pricing so the cheapest you can get them is a whopping $4.5 each. It sounds like you only wear occasionally and buying MAYBE a pack at a time. The Trest for comfort and use and the Rearz Mermaids would be my votes on ones to try. If you are all about the looks (and feel) the ABU are great
  23. So I knew messy diapers took awhile and this morning confirmed it. I didn't use a timer but I remembered to look at the clock before and after my change. All told it was 13 minutes give or take. Usually I shower after my morning mess. I will continue to time my changes and report back as I think about it.

  25. Stories like this are so great and frustrating. I LOVE the premise but so sad that it is a one shot. I would love to hear more zany escape attempts.
