Personally if you want to have something physically done to yourself. More power to you. But to dip into government assistance in my opinion is crossing a line. You can either afford it, or you can't

I wouldn't talk to a phsyician or medical professional until you have a note from your therapist about it and getting the go ahead there. Others have talked to professional. I don't know of anyone who has actually succeeded in getting anything done.

The best way I have found to keep this is place is do the first tape, fold the front and then do the second. Also some sort of compression at night is nearly a must. 8+ hours of no adjusting and things are bound to move around and get loose

Because it isn't a chemical reason, I now would guess they did it as a branding one. If the smell was the same worh corn starch powder some people would assume it wa the same. Easier to make a clean break with new scent/new formula than old scent/new formula.

I know why they switched away from talc. I wonder why they switched away from that scent though.

I am curious if anyone knows about the chemistry of the old talc Johnson's Diaper Powder. Was there something inherent to the talc that generated the scent? Is that why they abandoned it when they moved to corn starch? I recently bought some "International" version on amazon that has the original scent. It is incredibly expensive per ounce/gram but has that super nostalgic scent. I like the new lavender scent but man do I miss the unmistakably babyish scent of the old stuff.

I don't know about availability but I recently bought some from Tykables that I adore. I don't know how cold it gets there but their footed sleepers are a decent cotton.

I didn't pee, but I left a water bottle on top of my waterproof pad and apparently didn't tighten the cap all the way. It was wet ALL over. Definitely glad my bed is protected and could throw the pad to dry va sleeping in a wet bed!

There are two that I have tried that I like. The ABU Alphagatorz/Little Kings are good and the cloth backing is amazing. And the Tyakables Animooz are fantastic. Soft feel while maintaining all the good things in plastic backed diapers

You say that this doesn't intersect with your ABDL parts? When you are incontinent all parts of your life are diaper ABDL parts. Going to the movies. ABDL. Going to the beach. ABDL. Your wedding day. ABDL That being said I am a big fan of not forcing yourself to do anything that you don't want diapered but the more situations that you do while unconfortable about being diapered the more you convince your subconscious that this is the new norm and to let it go.

I am 35 so by no means a "young" DL. I don't know what diapers I used when I was baby because it was right at that time of transition and I don't have any memories of being diapered. But by the time I have any memories all the diapers were cloth backed. I like plastic backed diapers because of 20 years of wearing them as an adult DL and no good cloth backed diapers. I have used some of the medical cloth backed diapers and found them all to be lacking. But I immediately fell in love with the ABU Alphagatorz and Tykables Animooz when I started wearing them. The Animooz are the first cloth backed diaper that has made me consider using a cloth backed diaper as a dialy or in the rotation diaper as a 1 for 1 replacement to plastic backed diapers.

The way I have achieved this is in the past is I start wearing the diaper in the evening while sitting and the diaper tends to load up in the front then lay down for the evening and then wet laying down.

I won't even consider Bambino anymore. Their prices were OK during sales before but with their prices so high now they just are not worth it imo

So in the last couple months I was diagnosed with ADHD. While I can ruminate about the implications and how being un-diagnosed until now may have affected my progress. What I am most interested in now is using what I have learned about ADHD brains to better achieve my goals. ADHD brains work best with visual reminders and cues. I have rearranged my diaper archive to be front and center at my personal computer. I am looking for advice for visual cues for my home office which is in a public space and would like to keep it vanilla(ish) as well as things I can put in my room/personal space to remind myself of my goal and objectives. Also if anyone has suggestions for something on the go on my keychain or in my pocket. While diapers out and in my periphery are great, that isn't necessarily my goal. It is wetting in general.

I didn't know where else to put this. I've been doing a lot of hypnosis lately with some of the files here. Had a very strange experience while sleeping last night. In my dream I was talking to a hypnotist and then hypnotized. Was very much an inception moment because my dream just shut down like I was hypnotized in my dream! I wish I could have seen what it looked like on an electroencephalograph.

Going to second this point. Don't beat yourself up about it. You are doing this for you and if you take a break you are doing it for you too. Don't get too wrapped up in forcing yourself. That being said, the more times you can wear a diaper when you are uncomfortable the better.

So yes and no and maybe. Yes and no: The Tykables store as msjy said has the NRU which does have standard tapes but all of their branded diapers do not. And maybe, they have a new diaper on their website, the "Deluge" which shows standard tapes but not yet released

I may have to try these again. I tried them when they first came out but the absorbent core was poorly placed. I think they have gone through one or two iterations since then

That just seems silly then. Now I wonder how they were measuring before vs now? I though there was an industry standard. It sucked but it was standard.

What is insane to me is how competitive that Rearz is with their pricing while having a product that is SOOO far and above the competition. I posted this when they were at 8500ml. But now they are 30% better. Props to Rearz!
