  1. I have recently become a bedwetter, that’s a different story I’ll post somewhere else but the only thing I think will be an issue is sharing rooms with friends. I have stayed at friends in separate rooms before and do not have an issue at all but when it comes to holiday trips etc, there’s alway a risk but if they find out I wouldn’t be too worried. It’s just something I’ll deal with at the time.
  2. I certainly second the Air Active! They are my main diaper currently and are surprisingly thin but hold a lot. In general they are just way more comfy than most, mainly from the way they fit but also the hook and loop make them easy to adjust without getting loose. Tenas used to be my main diaper but after finding these, I prefer them so much more!
  3. I’ve recently started wearing every night and the only reason is because I’ve found the diaper I actually want to be in all the time! Ive been using Incontrol Active Air. If you read reviews about them online, they have been criticized for feeling damp on the outside but I don’t find that being an issue since I always have plastic pants on at night. The feel very thin but the hold a decent amount. Either way, they are very comfy and fit perfectly.
  4. Your FL post is very insightful. I’m only a month in and already at the stage of blurring the lines of when I have peed during the night. The trick not going to bed with a full bladder has been the thing that has made it different this time for me and I have just slipped into the routine.
  5. I have been in diapers for every night for just over a month now on a journey to bedwetting. I have done similar in the past but not made it much further than a month but this time it’s different. In the past I’ve tried to force Bedwetting through heavy reliance on hypnosis but this time I’m taking it slower and letting my body become accustomed to diapers every night. I’ve been doing many of the things on this list and it has helped me enormously. Even after 1 month I’ve already had a couple of nights where, even though I was wet slightly when I went to sleep, I am certain I am peeing during the night since I wake up with a very heavy diaper and no urge to pee in the morning despite my water intake before bed. I think the most critical point has been having reliable protection that even when your awake allows you to go in any position without second guessing yourself. I have been reliably waking up we now so nights it’s mostly from before I fall asleep but I know I’m releasing as I’m falling asleep and not consciously going. Something I have noticed is that your bladder needs to essentially be empty before you fall asleep, as it. You are not actively holding. If you are holding then it is likely your body will just try to hold it until the morning but is your diaper is already slightly wet and you bladder knows it doesn’t need to get to the point where it’s forcibly holding anything back, it is more likely to release as needed during the night. At this stage I have no intention of quitting and it has been incredibly rewarding waking up extra soggy. I definitely recommend establishing the ground work to facilitate Bedwetting rather than trying to jump to the end product like I’ve done in the past. You may not be able to tell if you have officially wet in your sleep for some time but the stages before that can be just as exciting as the small steps of progress keep you motivated on the journey.
  6. Yeah! I think when I got them they were already being replaced with the printed ones. I just found them in the nearest shop. They only had two packs but I certainly made them last!
  7. My bear rocks a size 4 Huggies very well with his thick thighs 😬
  8. I still remember having poopy accidents at preschool around the age of 4. It wasn’t very often but I remember them happening. I also vividly remember one of the other boys that was the same age who was still in nappies and his mum used to come to change him and would just do it on the playground out in front of everyone. These memories make me think that even at that age I had an inherent interest in them. From primary school onwards, I was never fond of using toilets and used to hold it a lot of the time. At about age 6 I used to wet my pants at school quite often and I know there was another boy that did the same. I also remember my mother said to me one day in the car that if I didn’t stop then maybe I should be wearing nappies. I’m sure it was an idle threat and it freaked me out at the time, but thinking back, I wonder what would have happened if I did continue to have accidents frequently.
  9. Not necessarily hidden in different places but one time when I was moving out of a room I was renting, I was leaving the drawers behind for the next tenant and my mate was helping me move my stuff out. I thought I would have one last check of the drawers before taking the last stuff out and realized there was a Drynite stuck down behind the bottom drawer. Luckily my pillows were still in the room so when my friend left with a load of boxes I stuffed it in one of the pillow cases. I normally keep everything in one place but that was a reminder to make sure if I’m moving my stash around, gotta make sure there aren’t any accidentally left behind.
  10. Thanks! Yeah, having it all accessible so I can see all the types and choose is the main thing. One side is all diapers, the other side is all clothes. And stuffies and toys in the middle. Except now there are a couple of boxes of diapers in the middle too so it’s getting a bit crowded
  11. Did you have to extend the sides to fit these?
  12. It’s not an issue any more but I’m sure when I was younger and living with parents there would be times where I skipped events just to have the place to myself and wear diapers freely.
  13. I think it’s not so much whether plastic or cloth backed but more the style. Also, it may not so much be what they were when you were first in them but more what they were when you rediscovered them. I’m not sure if 28 is still considered young but they were mostly a mix of both in my country/era. I like both but probably slightly prefer cloth like the Drynites I had when I first got back into them. They were the white ones.
  14. This is my ‘little’ wardrobe… My collection has somewhat significantly increased since these photos as well! I try to keep it to the one wardrobe, but I might have to reconsider once it’s full…
  15. I think it depends on the diaper. Some can still feel kind of dry long after the first wetting. But once they stark to get saturated and feeling icky I would normally stay in it for an hour or two more. Messing, I struggle to stay in it more than an hour.
  16. Did you end up selling these? I would be interested if you have any left!
  17. I’ve been looking for some boosters recently and the Rearz are certainly the largest capacity I’ve seen by far….
  18. I’m kind of new here too and in a similar situation. I have tried being a full time night wearer in the past but have eventually stopped for one reason of another but now have a steady supply of good diapers for night time wearing and have been full time for the past month. When I’ve tried to reach Bedwetting in the past, I’ve alway gone for the extreme straight away listening to hypnosis every night and holding on until I’m asleep so a definitely know if I’ve wet or not and managed to get a couple of nights of wetting while asleep but after that struggled to get back to that level after. This time I’m just going with the flow and seeing how I go and even after a month I’m very comfortable wetting at any time when I’m in bed. Whilst it’s not so clear if I’ve actually wet in my sleep I am starting to wet during the night when I’m partly awake and hoping this continues to progress. Alongside this I have notice my daytime capacity it’s started to reduce. I used to only really pee at work during the day once or twice at most but now at finding I need to go a lot more regularly. I didn’t realize how much it would impact my daytime capacity but it isn’t anything that isn’t manageable at this stage. And far from detracting from the joy of wearing at night. I think in the long term it will just be finding a balance of what works for day and night, making sure it doesn’t have an overall negative impact on you life. I can imagine it would be a lot easier to loose daytime capacity/continence than it’s is to regain it. Like you, I love the beach and anything to do with the water so I wouldn’t want it impacting on those activities.
  19. I think it was around 7 or 8 when I started trying to get them whenever I had the chance. My sister had some for her dolls which I started taking whenever I got the chance. I was 13 when I got my own from the shops but I would say the interest was always there from a very young age.
  20. This is a great list! Whilst in not considering going 24/7 as it would not be practical for me at this stage, I have started wearing at night full time. As you mentioned at the start, I have noticed the emotional change having diapers as a regular thing rather than now and again which I think is a better mindset than going through the waves of intensity from casual wearing. I would like to get to a state of consistent Bedwetting, which I know is a challenge but as @Hannah YMS mentioned, the key part to any of this is the mental side. I’m not putting any pressure on goals or progress and just focusing on getting into the familiarity of trusting my diaper and staying relaxed. A lot of the points made are a great reminder for the stage I’m at.
  21. I’m in NZ! Wellington to be specific. I don’t think there are many of us on here. In fact, I only just joined even though I have been looking at the forum on here for a long time. There are more of us around than what it seems from our online presence here. I know there are plenty in my area but there isn’t really a community as such. Happy to chat with anyone in NZ the sees this.
  22. Hi there! Ive been a long time follower of this forum but first time poster. I’m hoping to be more active and getting some feedback from others as I get more into making abdl a more consistent part of my life and finding others to share this side of me with on a regular basis. I have always had an interest in diapers from a young age and have pretty much always had diapers since the age of 13. Throughout the years since, I have had varied levels of activity in the community dependent on living situations and demands from other aspects of life. I am now at a point where I think I can find a comfortable balance which will help in all aspects of life and hoping to get feedback and input from others through this forum. That’s probably enough on this topic for now and hopefully I’ll see you all in other parts of the forum!
