      Dropped a load around 1:30... maybe 1:45.  Not that I was looking at the clock when I did it.   Still here at my desk but I think this will likely get changed out before 3:30.

      While it's not my ideal storyline, I think Les Lea handled it well.  I was pretty sure this is where he was taking it, as that's the usual M.O. for his characters.  Hopefully Jason will come out of this for the better.

      I was walking back from the shop and urgently needed to go, I continue walking and without any effort a soft medium sized bowel movement happened without any pushing or clenching afterwards, it felt totally naturally. Now that I'm 24/7 for wetting and messing, these messing 'accidents' are happening more frequently, both in the early morning and after my 4.30pm meal. I'm eating for fibre and more veg and fruits as well as nuts. So they slip slip out without any resistance. Back at my house my house mates were in the kitchen so I had to put my shopping away with my poopy nappy while they were there but I did it quickly and went to change into a clean nappy in my room.. These natural poos feel amazing. This feeling I'm experiencing which is contentless and happiness just reaffirms that double incontinence is right for me. When ever I need a poo I'm going to do it without hesitation where I am and who ever I am with. I can get away with it because I only attend disability actively centres during the week because I have mental disabilities myself, so I can easily put incontinence into my life.
