What do you wear to bed over your diaper?

I wear lounge pants and a t-shirt.

Usually just a onesie. Footed jammies if it's really cold.

Usually nothing, sometimes a sleepshirt or other top, very rarely a sleeper.

The second I get in my apartment I strip off all my clothes and stay in just my diaper.
I have a blanket when sitting down, and I usually fall asleep on the couch. 
I haven't slept in my bed for many months. Its mainly being used as a changing table.

Footed sleeper in the fall/winter/spring. Onesie in the summer.

I wear terry cloth overpants and a waterproof cover (no PJs unless its really cold).  I recently started wearing Northshore Trifecta pants and they are fantastic!

I rarely wear a diaper to bed.  I usually wear pajama bottoms over my Haines cotton briefs.  On the rare occasion I do wear a diaper to bed, then I wear nothing over it except plastic pants, including when I wear disposable diapers.

I think that concern with what one is wearing other than the diaper is morstly the province of an AB/K as part of a larger narrative than just a diaper

Little boy jamas.  I've got one new one-piece footless one with a drop seat and teddies on it. I'm in that one now.  I've got 3 two-piece ones with short sleeves and legs.  Mummy thinks I should wear jamas in bed.
