Top tapes or bottom tapes?

Which tapes do you tape on first? Do you tape up the top tapes first and then the bottoms? Or do you do the bottoms and then the tops? Or any other way?

Wow, am I the only one who does the top tapes first? lol. I always have. Even when I bought my first pack of adult diapers it recommended to do the bottom tapes first, but I've always found it easier to put on and place just right, if you do the top tapes first.

Bottom first. I always pull them up at an angle to sorta "cup" my butt cheeks.

Bottom tapes first lying down. Both bottom and tops at a slight angle to help make a secure fit around bum and waist. One interesting thing i did find out through experience is with the euron nappies especially, if you fold them as directed on many videos and instructions before your put them on they can split down the middle. Now I just lay down and pull the nappy up and put my legs nearly together before doing up the tapes

Another 'stander' here, but even laying down I do the top first. Once you know where to put the tape it centers things well and holds the diaper up while you fasten the lower tapes.

Most manufacturers recommend that you tape bottom tapes first for the reasons that have already been listed here. When I was a "novice," I always tape the top first, but I've since taped bottom first. I haven't tried the Abena cross-taping method yet, but have been meaning to.

I use abuniverse and there is only one tape on each side. But with cloth I pin bottom up. With normal disposable I always do bottom first.
