  1. From here I’d say well done by all, especially your wife. Got to believe daughters calm acceptance came from their observing/sensing her reaction. You’ve got a good woman.
  2. Easiest way to spread wetness (in a disposable) is a cloth diaper beneath.
  3. Assume “Quik-Sorb” is an abbreviation for quick absorb? If that’s the case it seems like an odd name for a waterproof pant.
  4. How about Winky Dink?
  5. Mine used different words to convey the same. Not a problem ... sleeping wet didn’t bother me in the least.
  6. As a regular bed wetter it’s one disposable per night which is currently a bit shy of $50 per month. Reasonable, but my beloved cloth with plastic pant would be more economical.
  7. Congratulations!!! First time was a turning point for me. Trust it’ll be the same for you.?
  8. Diapers are secondary for me. The focus of my kink is reliving the humiliation of childhood bedwetting via wetting in my sleep (think that’s incontinence). Matter of fact, when I first induced sleep wetting diapers didn’t even cross my mind. It wasn’t till a girlfriend complained that I began wearing when an “accident” was likely.
  9. For a couple years I maintained a “bedwetting chart” in plain view at work. Nothing formal, on a calendar I simply placed an “x” over any day I wet the bed. No one asked.
  10. Having experienced consecutive dry nights I have sympathy for what you’re going through. It’s hard to know from here. But personally, I’d have to be totally dehydrated to go five hours without emptying my bladder. Perhaps an extra glass of water before bed would get you back on track. Good luck
  11. It’s precisely the same here. The day after sleep wetting everything is good. Traffic jams, stupid politicians, nothing bothers me. Glow follows me the entire day. I have a secret, I’m special, I wet the bed last night! Conversely, waking dry I’m down on the world, depressed.
  12. Believe the holes in Playtex baby pants were designed to let air escape when they were "snapped" in place.
  13. Rotary Dial Phones: Do They Still Work? (Apparently Yes) https://techwithtech.com/rotary-dial-phones-do-they-still-work/ Plethora of Rotary Phones on Ebay https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1311&_nkw=rotary+phone&_sacat=0
  14. For me exercise is key to a good night’s sleep.
  15. “Sleep right on the rubber sheet” - I’m not suggesting it didn’t happen, but with nothing to absorb where did the pee go? If not before wouldn’t it run off the edge when she got up?
  16. How about MS Edge? From what I've read it's gaining market share.
  17. I could deal with someone noticing something. My concern is what would happen if my wife and I suddenly passed. Or wife goes first and I live alone till my time comes. Somebody, mainly my daughter, will have to go through and dispose of my stuff. Think it will be obvious dear old dad was into something outside the norm. Not the legacy I want to leave, but don’t have a viable solution.
  18. Issues and desires, soon after I stopped wetting the bed (around age 9) I longed to experience it again.
  19. In that case begin wearing/using now continuing home or away till you get the desired result.
  20. Have not. To my thinking retraining would be a lose / lose proposition. If unsuccessful it’d be “my god, what have I done to myself!” And if successful it’d be “darn, all that work for nothing!” However, I honestly believe I could reestablish nighttime control if motivated to do so.
  21. Not complaining and not by design, but several years of wearing and wetting most nights has made me a helpless bed wetter. Kali’s “Accidental Untraining” is spot-on. Thanks for the link.
  22. As a bed wetter waking during the night I often wonder “have I wet yes/no?” Checking the front for “bulging” generally tells the story. When not clear slip my hand inside for a definitive answer. I do this out of curiosity, not for changing. It’s been years since I’ve changed during the night.
  23. Warning – First time you wear progressives you’ll likely hate them (I did). Lines you know are straight suddenly are not. Feel like you’re constantly moving your head to get things in focus. Stairs/driving are a challenge. Just give them a chance. At this point I’d never go back to bifocal or separate reading & distance glasses.
  24. I’ve been wearing progressives for years. It was a bit of an adjustment at first, but the right decision for me.
