    I've made it over a year no potty but I still can hold my bladder. I never wet the bed. During the day it flows when I'm relaxed sometimes I have to stand up when I feel the pain to go. Messing I can hold it at times but have had accidents before.

    Only if someone says anything I'll just say I need diapers due lack of control and the bagpack is aways with me. No sense to tell them it's like saying "opps I farted, I have gas" but if really bad and I can smell it I'll say my bad I'm having gases.

    I did the same towels, undies, rags whatever I could get my hands on. One time I showed my mother my makeshift diaper. She was starled by it. Of course grocery and trash bags

    Diaper much better. People don't say anything as its underwear. Nothing sexual is exposed.

    I've found abeana m4 plastic backed at the salvation army. I also found plastic back diapers the kind when I was a baby.
