The larger the number the more they will hold. So the 4's (m4, L4) hold the most, which is a lot! Does anyone know when or if they are switching to the clothe backed abenas in North America? I think I will stock up on maybe 10 cases or more of the classic plastic backed ones when they do.

I wish B4NS.com would get more mediums in sometime soon and hopefully the new Bellissimo also. They have been out of stock for so long!

I picked up a case of Abena M4's from them today! Great price also @ 58.00, which works out to $1.38 a diaper.
