I wet my diapers every night, at times they will leak and wet

I woke up today to a messy diaper, always the best way to start a day.

My accidents can and do happen at anytime, but the way I try to manage them is by the times of day I eat since I now know that I will mess shortly after I eat. If I know I will not have a chance to clean up while out in public, I will skip or delay my lunch until I can be sure I can change. That being said I have messed at the wrong time in front of the wrong people, it will happen. The best way I found when this happens is remove myself ASAP to clean up and return to what I was doing. So far no one as made any comments to me while I messy, so ether they dd not notice or they were considerate to me and kept it to them self.

I started my unpotty training around 8 years ago, I am now 56. I have always loved to wear my diapers since I was 17, 10 years ago I started to wear 24/7 but I still wanted the choice to stop wearing if I needed. The more a wore the more comfortable and relaxed I felt in diapers, so I decided to unpotty train to wet only, took over 4 years to finely become incontinent. It seems the more I mess my diapers the easier it has become. When I first unpotty trained for everything in my diapers I would have one big mess each morning and stay clean the rest of the day. But the last few weeks I have been messing my diaper in smaller amounts within an hour of each completed meal. I have to say at first I was surprised at how often I was going but now I can plan my day better for my public diaper changes. I now know that after lunch I will have to be near a restroom if I am going to be indoors to change when I mess. If I am outside and not around people at the time I will stay messy until I can get home or find a restroom to change once I am around people. I never force my messy diapers on
