Or you could *NOT* be lazy and actually physically check to see if your child needs changed. Ya know... be a parent.

When a post is just impossible to read, yeah someone's going to say something.

Grammar, punctuation, and capitalization is one's friend.

Blanket pins which can be found at many fabric stores or feed stores. Horse people use them to pin wool blankets onto their horses.

Wouldn't that be painful for the horse? :P

How about when you add an "e" to the end of the name?

WTF?

#602414 Kid's Toothbrush And Toothpaste

Posted by BabyTara on 23 February 2013 - 09:17 PM

These days toothpastes are specially made to address certain issues. Childrens' toothpaste is not good for adult teeth. Though a child's tooth brush may be fine

It's just a regular fluoride toothpaste with a pleasant flavor. There's no whitening ingredients, or antisensitivity agents common in adult toothpaste.

The directions say:

"Adults and children 2 years and older"

#597632 Johnson's "natural" Baby Wash

I was a product tester for this line several years ago. The one I got smelled like cheap men's cologne with a hint of cooking herbs. Will not buy this.

#582670 Why Do They Still Make Tubs?

Posted by BabyTara on 19 December 2012 - 11:06 AM

I have a tub for at home, and one of those refillable hard cases from Huggies for on the go. I buy a case of refill packs at a time. Saves money, and better for the environment, probably.

If you were looking for a babysitter for your child, would you expect them to do it for free?

#410383 We'Re Ok

Posted by BabyTara on 23 May 2011 - 08:08 PM

We donated 4 boxes of food, a trashbag full of clothes, and a smaller bag of hygiene supplies. Please help out in any way you can. Donate blood, give money, clothes, food, whatever you can. Call or go to your local Red Cross and tell them you want your donation to be sent to Joplin, MO.

It was so sad seeing people wandering aimlessly in the street, we even saw a dog running around. I'm still waiting on our internet to come back on so I can get my pics up.

It's bad here. We've been declared a disaster area.

Walmart and Home Depot are totally gone. We had just been to Walmart a few hours before the storm, and Home Depot Saturday. It's surreal knowing that somewhere you were just at isn't there anymore. All the buildings (strip malls, restraunts, gas stations) in the area look like they won't be salvagable.

Cell service isn't fully restored yet, either. I can only get calls through like one out of every handful of tries. My phone internet is only half reliable, but texts go through ok.

The whole city is under a boil order until further notice, as well.

I have never seen anything this bad, and hope I never do again.

Again, please help however you can. Even if all you can do is pray.

Daddy and I live in Joplin, MO and there were bad storms here with tornadoes yesterday. We're ok, and our house is ok. There's really bad damage in town- buildings LEVELED and many damaged beyond repair. We drove through it last night after the storms and I took pics. I'll post them when the internet comes back on. I'm on my phone now, and service is still spotty.
