Thats what you use when (if) you dump the load of poop you did in your diaper, in the toilet for proper disposal. Mine usually clog the toilet, so I just let them 'soak' for a bit, until they dissolve and soften up enough to be able to flush down. Wish I had a 'knife' so I wouldn't have to do the whole soak thing, just dump, slice up and flush....done!....until the next poopy diaper comes along..???
