Memory issues are something I deal with too. I moved a bunch of times as a kid but I use the grade I was in at school to anchor memories. For instance, I know I had surgery to correct my bladder issues to the 3 years I lived in a town between 4th and 6th grade. I tell all my relatives I have Mad Cow Disease ( which I stole from Boston Legal, thank you Denny Crane) anytime I forget something. I find if I just relax and don't worry about what I can't remember, it will pop into my head out of the blue later on. Of course, sometimes days later 😆. Hugs, Freta

It must be testimonial season so let's have a parade. @oznl I don't interact with you so much on here as I do with @Little Sherri since there's an ocean between us but you have been an inspiration for me too. I would also agree that @ozziebee is on the right track on the train set, or watever floats your boat. I've been retired happily for some years now and keeping busy is the medicine that will keep you healthy and happy. I know you're an expert in research, so do a little reading on the statistics for retired couch potatoes. I decided for myself that I'm not retired, I work for myself. As a boss I can give myself a day off anytime I want one. I don't even have to beg, I got the best boss I've ever had. Hugs, Freta

Betterdrys are my and my wife's primary diaper and we're both 24/7. We buy Crinkles too. They are the same diaper, only the plastic shell is different. We buy through LLMedico and Crinkles are about $10 more per case which is affordable for us. We have both had #2 accidents and the standing leg guards work pretty well. You could try a bag just to be sure they will work for you. Hugs, Freta

I use Duck Duck Go for my browser. It blocks tracking and prevent othe sites you visit from tracking you. It's not perfect but it's way better than the alternatives. I too ditched FB and messenger completely and those were the only meta apps I used. Hugs, Freta

The Crinkles are music to my ears. Once you get over the paranoia of someone else hearing it and knowing you are wearing you can focus on the positive aspect of full time diapers. Hugs, Freta

I know the battery in my UPS is replaceable as I've had to replace it myself once already. It was much less expensive to replace the battery than the entire device. I don't know how your unit is set up but ours has seperate outlets for battery backup and just surge protection for some. Hugs, Freta
