  1. Mine are cloth, so they don't crinkle. ? covered by a butter-soft waterproof PUL cover
  2. They feel good and that's enough of a reason for me.
  3. My mother was in the hospital for five days back in March and I had the house to myself. I went 24/7 while she was gone. It was great--especially in bed overnight. But I was very glad to have her back home.
  4. Made a bunch of CLOTH diapers years ago and still using them. Diaper flannel with a terry cloth soaker sewn in and separate Zorb3 boosters. Aso a bunch of PUL waterproof diaper covers. But yes, I have tried Rearz disposables, and they are great. I use them occasionally if I'm going to be out for any length of time. I stil prefer cloth.
  5. I've placed a couple orders for Rearz disposable diapers. Although I prefer cloth diapers with waterproof pants, Rearz diapers are impressive. They hold a lot and don't leak. I can wear for about 5-6 hours at a time.
  6. Potty trained at age four. Didn't like it at all. Back in diapers at age 63 but started again long before that.
  7. 1959 Cadillac old. (A REAL car).
  8. No thanks. I love wearing diapers but would not like to lose control or absolutely need diapers all the time.
  9. Van stalled (must have been a Chevy).
  10. A lot--at home and at school. At home with a wooden spoon and at school with a big paddle or an 18" ruler (usually for swearing at whoever was picking on me).
  11. That's the difference between light and hard Some people can sleep with a light on.
  12. If you use a mattress pad, then "seeping" won't be a problem. ?
  13. My "regular" underwear is a diaper and waterproof pants.
  14. The Wet Diaper bar: Change is inevitable. Gay men's bar: Please use rear entrance.
  15. I buy online from fabric.com. Huge selection of fabrics and notions of all kinds and they mail it to your house! They sell diaper flannel as well as terry cloth, which I use as a sewn-in booster. They also have a large selection of PUL to make waterproof pants--plain colors and designs. For soaker panels, I buy Zorb3 from wazoodle.com. They also have a great line of diapering fabrics--including diaper flannel and PUL (polyurethane laminate).
  16. So glad I got over my fear of wearing diapers in pubic. Had to take Mom to a doctor's appointment yesterday. I walked into the waiting room and noticed the sign on the restroom door that said, "Out of Order." My first thought? Who cares?
  17. Parlez vous Francais? (Beautiful country--except for the snow in winter).
  18. I "took the plunge" over a year ago and have worn in public (under my clothes, of course) ever since. It's so nice to go shopping and not have to stop and find a bathroom. I can do all my shopping in the morning without a break.
