Like a few others in this group, I dream of having temporary incontinence. Permanent incontinence is not practical nor would I want to have to manage it day in and day out forever. However to have the opportunity for a limited time sounds fantastic. So here is a possible opportunity.
What if...we using a nerve blocker to the Pudendal or Sacral Nerve.
Creating temporary incontinence by using a nerve blocker to interrupt communication between the bladder and brain. This procedure is normally done to relieve chronic back pain. However it can also cause incontinence.
Most nerve blocks last between 4 and 48 hours. Because its a nerve blocker and a common procedure the risks are considered low. Nerve blocks are generally considered safe, but potential risks include infection, bleeding, or nerve damage, though these are rare.
