  1. OK... That's different. The ones I've got have a kind of rubbery feeling, especially over time. Could you really get away with them as they appear and maybe feel as outer garments? I'm not so sure...
  2. Yeah. She's quite the idiot. Should shut up if she wants to make herself look better.
  3. After reading about your paci cleaning adventures, I decided to pull my Rearz Safari paci apart. I had trouble using it as it irritated the mouth roof near the front teeth. It was easier than I thought. After taking off the handle, it pretty much came loose. The back came off easily, exposing the teat. It sat loosely on the guard and easily removed. I soaked it in mouthwash overnight. Putting it back together was not hard either. Now it's spring fresh, tasty, and I'll be danged, have been sucking on it all day. Wow. Thanks Little Sherri!!!
  4. These jobs are the most important of all.
  5. I've heard that most of us here do little and often. It's like it naturally happens. I remember way back when @DailyDi told us the same thing according to his experience. I'd have to agree.
  6. Hell YES!!! Did and still do. Until the internet, I stuffed into Gerber by cutting the side elastics. Thank God for the internet. I love plastics more than ever and have a large inventory. I'm always looking...
  7. I don't care about discretion. I don't care if someone can tell or can figure out that plastic-backed toddler underwear is involved. I wear the normal size clothing regardless of diaper status.
  8. Never be without plastic pants. Make sure they're not too small -- elastics on the legs should be tight -- there should not be too tight on diaper. The diaper has to be the right size -- should be tight around the waist and legs. Leaks occur when the sizing is off. Plastics will stop leaks, but they'll get wet around the elastic leg openings They don't always stop leaks, but they slow them down. Good luck.
  9. Having experience with ConfiDry in its various name iterations for a few years, they worked fairly well. But, over time, they amount and quality of SAP varied widely and was noticeable from diaper to diaper. They got so bad that I renamed them "ConfiLeak". BetterDry is a superior diaper. It seems to be somewhat lighter and softer which means something may have changed but cannot say for sure. I have no idea what they put in baby diapers. I don't know if manufacturers make their own SAP or purchase it from other vendors. That can be the weak link in the chain.
  10. I have them but you don't want em. They went to hell and turned into complete crap. I wouldn't pawn them off on you if my life depended on it. You'd hate me forever.
  11. Great to hear from you!!! Wondered where you've been all this time. How about an update on where you've been and doing?
  12. I signed up there early on -- but thought it was extremely regressive. Flushed it pretty quickly after discovering DD. Haven't been back since.
  13. CTDC is a relabeler and reseller. I like them a lot. Bought many pairs of plastics from them as well as clothing. Very good quality, good service although a tad bit expensive. Can't really go wrong with them. I hope they remain for a long time.
