It's easier to say we're they aren't my front porch , I have them within easy reach in every room so I can change or be changed without having to go somewhere else , it's just easier to have diapers,catheters both coude intermittent and Foley, drain bags, and barrier cream already there within reach . I don't think you should be taking a pygeum bark supplent that is a homeopathic alternative to things like Tamulosin (Flomax) to help with men north of forty with enlarged prostate issues, just because it's OTC does not mean it's safe or appropriate for everyone, I am saying this because I highly doubt it's responsible for production of a great wet dream response, my prostate is the size of softball currently and I have been taking max dosage of Tamulosin for the last 8 years to get it this small , as far as wet dreams I am with the above poster my last one was in the young dumb and full of cum period of raging hormones in my teen years, the only think in my diaper when I wake up is urine, as I catheterize 5Xs a day to empty my bladder the last time is 1 am and put on my night diaper take my sleeping pills and hopefully get at least a nap. Hey cars fan I hate to be (please don't shoot the messenger, I hate getting shot) the bearer of bad news but it's a scientific fact SSRI'S and about a gazillion other drugs cause you not be able to completely empty your bladder, long term eventually they cause overflow IC , and this new trend of Ketamine clinics to very expensively treat serious depression, well as far as I am concerned if you are so depressed that you ready to end it Ketamine can save a person's life , but for just regular depression it's a handgrenade without a pin ,because it causes bladder wall scaring and after enough use of it you are IC the rest of your life.i am on compassionate disability because of evil rare diseases that started back in 2003 up until that point I was a Paramedic/Firefighter/Nurse and was a reserve Para rescue swimmer commonly more known as PJ'S, now I am a high function quadrapilegic my muscles are down to the level of ? a 4 year old has more muscle and I type with my thumb because nothing else works well enough to be usable , so I read a lot and still keep up on medicine, big pharma uses people as guinea pigs , they tell the FDA just enough to get there drug on the market , but in many cases they hold back vital information about the AE'S when I was young and dumb I took a medication that gave me two heart attacks and t1 diabetes, and only when this and death started happening did people from inside the company bring forth the evidence that proved they held this information back in order to get it on the market and make lots of money, of course its still on the market with multiple black box warnings now . My rule is never take a patented medication until it has been on the market at least 7 years let other people be the guinea pigs until the real AE'S are known , my girlfriend called me the other day crying telling me she should have paid more attention to my warnings to stay away from the new blood thinners, she was so anemic from internal bleeding she was in the hospital and now she has to use an injectable blood thinner , if she had not had routine blood work she would be dead, and now she wonders what's gonna happen she is so squeamish when we have dinner I have to go shoot up in the other room and now she has to use an injection 2 X's a day , I told her your choice is do it or die she says she not ready to die but she's not ready to do shots ever day, I told her evert I me I put something in my mouth I have to do a shot she only has to do it 2 X's a day, you get so used to being a pin cushion after awhile that you don't even feel it, she has MS and fortunately headed my warning on those crap drugs (they cause PML a rare and fatal brain infection) well it used to be rare now lots of people get it from these drugs, don't die because you don't know about the potential harm , ask around there are lots of people that very educated about this stuff including myself in the woodwork , sorry for such a long post, but it bothers me when people aren't told about the harm a drug they take can do ,such as your SSRI and making your IC worse, I am not a doctor nor do I play one on TV, but I slept at a certain hotel chain last night And if you every want to know anything feel free to ask, I became IC around your age I am 49 in a couple of weeks so lots of experience living with it , I mentor newer IC people and teach them the ropes in my community ,my urologist gives ever Newbie my number and tells them if you ever need to talk this guy will be there for you anytime any hour , he will help you, he is alot older a soul than his chronological age. My doctor has me on a intermittent catheter regimen completely draining my bladder 5 X's a day I flood in between but the eventual outcome is my bladder will hold a maximum of 50 ccs , so my wetting will be smaller amounts but wetting none the less, when I have sufficiently shrunk my bladder and caused it to atrophy he said my body will just go when my bladder hits between 55 to 60 ccs , currently it's way oversized as well as as enlarged prostate , he wanted to Foley me and just get it done quickly ,however imagine explaining to your partner I have to take my catheter out before hanky Panky, but since deciding to be celibate I am thinking of taking that opportunity , I still would need to wear though because my bladder likes to spasm and blow urine out around the catheter . They are ( almost all companies) are testing the limits of what the market will bear, they lower quality and raise the prices until they get signal by there products not being sold and then they start reversing the process to see where the happy medium is,unless we talk Depend they have never let consumers voices impact there decisions and unfortunately you don't lose continents and gain wisdom so there are a whole new crop of people to buy there junk minted everyday , inflation and price increases for materials really don't impact there decisions as much as greed does , look at gasoline it can be selling for $2.00 yet over night the price goes up , you don't really believe the gas in there tanks ran out at all stations and they paid more for the new gas do you ? And look at how slowly the prices go down a couple of pennies here and there whereas increases happen like lightning struck. Yes Bambino started down a good road of increasing choices and proving the market is there that was good , but abusive quality decreases and price increases are now the norm in yet another industry , nobody plays nicely and puts out a good product and leaves it there, everyone wants to be rich like 2 days ago, rather than have a great product they tinker till they find the sweet spot of what we will accept and still shell out the money for. A good example is the wellness diaper it won real awards for innovation, and then they started messing with it and can't find a price point or solid customer base, the sales they offer aren't sales at all and they spend unreal amounts of money trying to improve it and send out an almost continous stream of free samples looking for a customer base and obviously have not found

Well now that they have all but done away with the digital rectal prostate exam ,my urologist gives me a long "leash" I used to see him twice a year and get it done because of an enlarged prostate , no cancer just a softball sized prostate , last visit he said the medication is shrinking your prostate the catheters are shrinking your bladder, you are doing really good if you need me call other wise I don't need to see you for two years, that was a treat , moral of the story , you probably won't need a urologist anytime soon.
