This story is blowing me away as it keeps bringing back memories. I would eat at Blue Heaven quite often as it was off the beaten path of Duval St in years past. I was always in diaper, T shirt, short shorts and sandals. Keep the great story going, I cannot wait to see what happens next.

This story keeps getting better and reminds me some of your great writings in "Restricted License" and their adventures in Key West. I have always had my own thing with diapers and Key West, as it often became my playground.

Great update to the story

I drink 2-3 gallons a day with all the resulting urination. My bladder is over 1000cc and does not fully empty all the time

A lot of it is due to the diabetes Insipidus that causes excessive thirst and resulting urination

I just feel if I have to wear diapers because of my incontinence, why not enjoy it to the best and add a little color. I know what you mean about insurance, it is the biggest pain I deal with.

I had a routine appointment today with my Doctor at the VA. While the nurse was checking me in, she asked if I had received my Dry 24/7 diapers yet. I told her I had but there are only enough for a month as I change them 4-6 times daily. She asked what else I was using and I told her cloth diapers and plastic pants mostly at night. She warmly smiled and asked if I had peed lately, I told I just had prior to coming into the exam room. She the told me to drop my pants as the Doctor had to do a bladder scan for residual urine to see if I am emptying all the way. I quickly thought and realized that I had my normal Dry 24/7 on, but had pink star plastic pants over top my diaper. As I slowly removed my pants, she smiled once again and commented on how pretty my plastic pants were. With nothing else to say, I thanked her and said "If I have to wear diapers, I might as well make the best of it". She told me I have a great attitude and wishes more patients did as well. She told me to sit down and the Doctor would be in shortly.

I just wear my diapers, that are covered by shorts and a T shirt when I am up and about.

I have fully embrace my need to wear diapers and make the best of it.

While being incontinent can be interesting getting to wear all kind of cute diaper and plastic pants if you desire to wear something other then plain white. There are issues with incontinence, like changing at work or while out, covering them when needed. The heat of the summer, leaks and more. I often tell people that want to be 24/7 to be carful what you wish for. If it is a 100 degree dat with 95% humidity, those with incontinences cannot just decide to not wear that day. Think before you truly try and go 24/7 but enjoy your diapers when you can!

As I said before, I would say 5, I am about 50/50 on who knows and who I tell. When your incontinent and have to wear, you do and do not overly care who knows!
