About age 24 i was in a drug store and found attends and i started wearing for fun. i am now age 71 and have wore 24/7 for the last 20 years

My doctors know i wear diapers I have been wearing them for urgency for years. then in 2020 i got a infection known as fournier's gangrene in the perineum from a diabetes medication i was taking. That did nerve damage and caused my BPH to get a lot worse. the last time i went to my urologist she wanted to check out how the scar area was doing and the rash i had. I just laid down on the exam table and untapped the XP5000 i was wearing and let her check things out down there. Being a lifelong nudist being seen in diapers by doctors is no big thing. i have wore them to nude beaches for years. They keep wanting to do prostate surgery but as long as I can pee without any problem why should i have surgery that can only make things worse. Plus, I have always liked wearing wet diapers and at 71 I plan to wear them the rest of my life.

I quit using mail drop boxes on the street as they caught a thief that had a battery powered vacuum and would stick the hose in the drop box and use it to pick envelopes up out of the box. Since many people use the boxes to mail bills with checks in them, the guy was using a solvent to remove the writing on them and making them out to him. What got him caught was people knew they never wrote a check to him and he used his real name. Meth heads do strange things that get them caught.

I spent almost 4 months in a wound care hospital being woke up every 1.5 hours for a diaper check. I have chronic insomnia and this drove me nuts as i would just get back to sleep and they would wake me up again, at home i wear magamax or XP5000s and get better sleep.

So far my BPH is not impacting my urethra as I am incontinent. My bladder nerves do not signal it full till a couple of minutes before it dumps. This means i don't have time to get to the bathroom. if I feel the need to go, just standing up will cause it to release. I now don't even try to get to the bathroom, I just relax and let it flow. I also have tried to go before I feel full and i can not till I feel the need. my urologist has me on tamsulosin, finasteride and oxybutynin and they do little.

I have had chronic insomnia since 2002 and have tried everything and only get if i am lucky 2 hours sleep a night. The best sleep I get is taking Benadryl and gabapentin. I have back problems and getting up at night is very painful so wearing a diaper is a blessing as i don't even have to move, i just let go and enjoy the nice warm feeling.

Most of my life i have been a DL but for the last 12 years i have had medical problems that I have been wearing 24/7 Peeing 4 to 5 times a night with back problem makes it painful to get out of bed plus small fiber polyneuropathy diabetes and BPH. Why even try to make it to the bathroom when i am wearing a diaper and can just let go and get that nice warm feeling. at night i wake needing to go and i don't even have to move. i was at a hot spring one day in just a wet diaper and was hanging out in the shade and a guy i knew came walking down the trail in a dress. i did not even try to hide, and about that time he saw me and for a moment was shocked that someone saw him until he saw I was standing there in a diaper. we both got a laugh out of that day.

My problem with them is the lining separating from the backing and the sap falling out.

mine will release at about 250 ml i don't know what that is in OZ. i never worry about wearing diapers for a urologist appointment. or any doctors for that mater, as I have so much wrong with me that could cause me to need a diaper.just my BPH is a good reason to be diapered.plus its a 120 mile drive to my doctors.

What do care facilities do when someone uses too many diapers is to restrict water from them to the point they get dehydrated. They did not do that with me because i still had my old EMT card in my wallet and a phone, and they knew what i would do. That and I knew one of the head nurses that was from my hometown that i had worked with back when i was a EMT. The ones they put on me kept falling down when i did rehab, and of course I never tried to hold them up because i used a Walker or my walking stick just so i could annoy the rehab nurses, I did not need rehab so it was a nuisance for me to do it.

i don't need to go till I turn on the water, and then I suddenly have to go bad, what else but relax and let it flow i live in a RV and the toilets are small and itsa lot easier to pee in the tub anyway.

it's been 40 years since i went to a concert and events without wearing a thick diaper. i have been to burning man and all i wore was a diaper and t-shirt for 4 days and everyone though it was a costume.

i spent almost 4 months in a wound care facility last year and was in the cheap diapers the whole time and the worst part was getting woke up every two hours for a diaper change the funny part was i had three XP 5000s in my bag and one of the nurses checked the bag and found them. she asked if they were what i normally wore and i said yes because they lasted all night. i saved them for when i went home and wore one when i left the facility. as it was at least 4 hours before i would get home.

i can no longer use indwelling catheters as they are painful for the full time they are in. i have prostate gland enlargement to the point that when the balloon is inflated, the end of the catheter irritates the wall of the bladder and blocks the end to the point it does not drain all the time. the bladder will fill and when it gets large enough it will finely drain with a lot of pain. i found this out the last time i was in the hospital and had one in for two months. i got three UTI in the hospital with the catheter and they finally went to change the catheter and once they removed the old one i would not let them put a new one in.
