    • Spencer smiles. "What did you say? I can't understand you through the giggles. Speak up sweetie."
    • "Seems very suspicious. No daytime accident until I went to work with you. So the simplest answer is usually the right one." Sarah went back to eating her piece of pizza
    • A minor update on the model I described a few days ago.    I really think this is the stent for me. I put it in again yesterday evening, kept it in overnight and still have it in now. For the most part it is staying in place well - there were one or two instances where I adjusted it as I couldn't sense drainage nor could I expel urine when I pushed. This indicates that it still needs a bit of tweaking.   As I mentioned before, the stent is quite short and it cannot really be felt once it is in place. I went for a short run last night, and the only slight discomfort came from the diaper rubbing the inside of my legs. The stent itself was not an issue - it stayed in place, and I experienced the odd (but pleasant) sensation of pee dripping into my diaper as I ran! I changed into a fresh diaper before bed, which was pretty wet by the time I woke this morning. Another positive of this model for me personally is that I trust it - because it tends to stay put, I am becoming more confident with keeping it in at night and I can actually get some sleep, whereas with other models I'd hardly get any sleep as I'd be worried about migration. I'll probably have to take it out for a few hours later, but hopefully not for long.   I'm still interested in trying @Spargano's model using the silicone beads - I've made a rough model of it and, even though the beads seem stable, I'm still a little apprehensive about having parts of the stent which could, in theory at least, detach...I'm not mad about having a silicone bead rolling about in my bladder!
    • I am now in a clean and fun Tykable Puppers diaper. About hour or so ago while Neice/Mommy was Nursing me I had a very messy and wet diaper, it really was a BLOWOUT not only filled my diaper but also my sleeper that i was wearing. Right now while on the puter i am feeling more cramps in my baby belly and i am sure that i will have more soft and mushy poopie in my diaper and bummies. I just tooted and now filling my diaper.
    • I will admit, it was different at first, but it became fun after the first time for me. Not everyone’s cup o tea. I get it.
